Fast and courteous customer service!
Received the bike in a timely manner and it was everything I'd hoped it would be. Super fast and a smooth ride. I'm 230lbs and hit 30mph top speed. Was missing a piece when the bike arrived and I contacted the company and got the part sent without any issue at all. Would highly recommend this company and bike if you are looking for a great experience!

Initial issues were resolved. The problem encountered was mostly my error. Today the bike is performing beautifully and I am very pleased with it.

Shipping looks rough but still a sweet ride!
I love the style, it's also well made. It's quick too. Has working brake lights and turn signals. Suspension is a plus as well. The braking system is on point. It was almost perfect :'( if only the mirror and battery wasn't damage I would have rate it 5 stars.

Best Ebike for a very affordable price.
I wish I could gv this bike and this company more than 5stars. This bike goes faster than advertised and faster than expected. You definitely won't be disappointed and the customer service is hands down the best in the business. Trust me I have had over 2 dozen Ebikes and this company knows how to keep you satisfied and wanting more. Don't miss out and go get one or 2 even. That way you can ride with your kids or partner. Brakes and electrical components are some of the best and the battery is UL certified so how can you go wrong.
