Beautiful
It runs very small so size up 1 to 2 sizes. I am a 38 C and 32 waist and usually wear a large. I ordered a 1X and it fits a tiny bit big but works beautifully over the flowy sleeved dress I bought for Halloween. It's not a corset that gives you a waist but it is very beautiful, made well and works perfect for a costume.

Cute! But runs a bit big
I am 5’1 and have a chest that’s 35 inches. I ordered the medium but it’s way too big so i suggest to size down. The measurements are wrong. Other than that the quality is very well made and it’s very comfortable! The material feels like Jean material. I would say the ribbon feels a little weak but that can be fixed with replacing it.

This ripped during one wear. Poorly made.
The fabric was so flimsy,It ripped on both main seams during one wear. It was not tight fitting, yet the fabric came uncover at the seams. Disappointing.

Low Quality Runs Very Small
Summary: You definitely get what you pay for here. If you're looking for an affordable bodice top for a renfaire wardrobe and aren't looking for any support or shaping, this might be a good option. Just be aware that it is NOT reversible and runs about 3 sizes smaller than standard US sizes. As many reviewers said this garment is not reinforced-- it is a single layer of canvas/upholstery fabric with no lining, boning or reinforcement of any kind. Most bodices/corsets of this kind are made of very sturdy fabric that shapes your body, but that is simply not possible here. This bodice is very cheaply made, and is not reversible, unlike many handmade bodices you will find from other shops/faires. The inside has raw seams. As such, the bodice will offer no support or "corset" structure; it will be nearly impossible to "lace down" in this. Another consequence of the lack of structure is that this bodice will certainly roll up when you sit and move, so keep that in mind. But the biggest issue here is sizing. I am currently a street size 3X, sometimes a 4X. Based on the measurements, I thought a 5X would be acceptable since the lacing could accommodate for the rest, but I was incorrect. According to the size guide, the 5X fits a 47" bust, which is the equivalent of a 2X in most plus size brands, but I question if it truly opened to 47" at the bust because it was easily 2 sizes too small, even with wide lacing. This might just be a problem with their plus size items, but I'd still encourage you to buy a minimum of two sizes up from your regular size [+3 sizes if you're busty] and maybe order early to ensure it fits if you need it for an event. The photos don't do a great job of showing the back, so here are some details I noticed: the back comes to a point just like the front, which is pretty unusual, as most bodices are cut straight on the bottom seam for comfort and fit. Also, although the straps tie on in the front, this is a decorative feature, as they are sewn on in the back. Not sure why they made that choice. If it had fit, I probably would have kept it because it's decently affordable compared to what you can find at the faires, but if you're at all handy with a needle and thread you can make a bodice of this quality yourself in an afternoon. And for a little more than twice the price you can support some amazing artisans on etsy and get something custom made, so maybe go that route!

Size up, but looks really expensive
I ordered this in three sizes. I have a larger bust, but typically wear a medium shirts. I ended up keeping this in the XL - two sizes up from my usual size. Once you get the size right, this looks so nice. Looks really expensive and fabric is great.

So cute but..
Honestly it was adorable. Loved how it looked on me, I loved the upholstery type fabric, and initially, it fit very nice! I wore it to a ren faire. However, it kept sliding down the whole day🥲 I had it tightened as much as was comfortable, but it seems like it’s not big-chested friendly, unfortunately!

Flexible Material
Headed to my first ren faire and wanted to dress up. This is the second corset I ordered. The first option (different brand) was too stiff and did not fit well. So I stumbled on this one and was pleasantly surprised. You will need to size up. I’m normally a 2X but following other review recommendations, I went with a 4x and it’s so comfortable, nice material and ribbon, and easy to put on and breathe in.

Larger than expected
I thought the string would bust but it didn’t, and it was honestly larger than expected by a LOT, the colors are nice and vibrant, and it definitely felt comfortable, i was able to last all day in 98° heat
