Bought on the recommendation of a fellow sports club member - definitely does the job. Very efficient at cleaning sports kit that is heavily sweated in, keeps all fabrics (cotton, synthetics) really clean and keeps that 'musty' smell that heavily used kit gets (tshirt armpit area, training pants groin area etc). Doesn't leave any noticeable residue, pleasant subtle fresh smelling, highly recommended for your sports gear. Seems equally effective at 30o and 40o although I only use it at 40o

Actually removes the smell from sweaty exercise kit - even revived an old running top I loved but that had an odour that hadn't washed out countless times before!NB *don't* use fabric softener with this wash - it doesn't need it and can harm technical fabrics' breathability and sweat-wicking properties.

So pleased this product is available on Amazon tried for ages to get in supermarket. I can thoroughly recommend this for tech gear. I use it for my walking trousers, fleece tops, thermal tops, fleece blankets, dog coats. No nasty after wash smell like some products.

This product is great for washing gym clothes you wear again and again. I have found it to stop the build of of bacteria which causes clothes to smell no matter how you wash them. Just put a cap full in the machine drum, not the drawer, for maximum impact.

Actually worked at removing long term lingering odours in my gym wear, they always smelt as if they were clean after washing and then as soon as I’d start working out and heating up, the smell would instantly come back in the clothes! But since I’ve been washing with this at 30c my gym clothes are super clean, and no smells whatsoever! It’s even managed to banish and clean old gym wear that I thought I was going to have to chuck out!

I started buying this when I trained regularly at the gym and my kit was getting smelly and no amount of washing with regular detergent would get rid of the smell. The clothes would smell OK when dry, but once I started sweating the smell would come back. This stuff eliminated that issue. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I have had no issues with this at all. Now, during the pandemic, I use it for anything that could do with an extra layer of cleaning, so that's bed linen, towels, masks, and - for a while during the first lockdown when selfish numpties panic-bought all the loo roll - family cloth. I highly recommend it. I haven't seen it for sale anywhere other than Amazon, so watch out for price gouging and buy when it is affordable. I usually pay around £7 per bottle.

I wish I had known about this before now. I hated the way gym clothes and cycling clothes smelled after they had been washed. With this detergent the smell has gone and the sports clothes are looking so much cleaner. I just wish I had this when my kids were still at school for they’re PE kit!
