1/4-20x8x8

These fixed a broken brass insert for my ring light. Perfect fit and size. Good grip in the plastic but added some super glue to make sure it was secure. The thread is exactly what I needed for all of my tripod mounts. Functions great. Easy to use and good quality.

I needed to 3D print some items that mounted to a tripod using a 1/4-20 screw. This worked great for my application. They seem to hold up well with polylactic acid (PLA) plastic parts. You'll be fine with these for hobby applications.

I used these inserts on parts of my Jurassic themed home Halloween display. I used them to mount the head and arms to a t-slot extruded frame. The inserts held up to some intense movement from a pneumatic actuator.

Out of 3 packs of 20, about 12 were the wrong thread and size. Check before installing. Other than that, they worked perfectly.

If you 3D print and need a way to put screws in your products, these are for you. I had a full set of these of varying lengths and screw diameters (2, 3, 4 mm) but I used so many of the 3mm size, I ran out!! so I was very pleased I could buy JUST the 3mm and not a complete package.

Good Quality, only use 5 of them, they sink into the 3D-Part with ease. Use it with out any worry.
