8-2-25 I would like to update this review, and I want to update is the resistance. So initially, after trying the machine, I kind of went along with others and thought that the resistance was really lacking. However, After using it for a while, I do think it still probably needs a slight bit more resistance, but I now understand why there is a little bit lacking. It gives you the ability to squat further back and use your own body weight with the machine to help you stand back up. Again, after using it pretty consistently for the last however, many months, it’s actually helped with my leg muscles and not only can you do the squats, there are other exercises that you can do on it as well. I would definitely order this if you’re on the fence. And as a side note, the customer service is top-notch. Also, if you’re looking for an Adjustable dumbbell set, you should check out this companies product. They are absolutely amazing! After reading all the reviews on this, I decided to go ahead and order it since the positive seemed to outweigh the negative. I received it a few days ago, and decided last night to open the box to try to put it together. Let me first say that I am 100% not mechanically inclined. I hate putting things together, especially things with a bunch of different parts. I have a hard time reading and comprehending things. I prefer someone just show me. So with that said, after I open the box, I looked at it and said to myself “there’s no way”. I didn’t even take anything out. I just knew that it was not something I really wanted to try to accomplish. I looked at the directions, and I think had it been in a bigger format, it may have been a little bit easier to read and understand and I had a hard time trying to decipher things. For the average person, I would say it might be easier to assemble, for me it was not. So I went to my orders, and I was going to do a return on it, and then after finding out, it was going to cost $25 to ship it back, I changed my mind. I decided “what the heck” let’s try and put it together. So I did, and it took me probably twice as long as the average person, because again, I’m not stupid, I just have a hard time putting things together. That’s def not my forte. However, after almost two hours (don’t laugh 🤭) I finished it. Now to the actual product, I think for the value for the money, it’s probably on target, but I agree with other reviews that the resistance is lacking. I do find it very sturdy, and the comfort level for me is not bad. The size of it for me is fine. I’m 5’7” and I don’t have any issue with the height of it. Others have mentioned that the rollers are plastic and feel uncomfortable, but I don’t find that to be an issue for myself. If you’re looking for something with more resistance, I would not spend money on this one. If you want something to help strengthen a little bit, without heavy resistance, then it would probably be worth it. Just remember, you have to pay to ship it back if you don’t like it. I’m giving it a four star only because of the directions, and the resistance.

I can't do a review on this machine's results, due to the fact I just started using it on 12/27/2025 it was a Christmas gift to myself, to start working out & get healthier. However I can tell you it's an awesome piece of equipment 💪🏽 It was easy to assemble & I can tell you this b'cus I have trouble putting together a jigsaw puzzle 🤣 When I first used the machine I could only do like 5 deep squats & my legs were burning like I was in the gym doing weight lifts, so yes it works! I also must mention before I purchased this machine I read the reviews and some customers were saying the resistant wasn't as they hoped it would be. However, I believe it's spot on, & was designed not to have too much resistance. This way beginners will enjoy using it and continue to use it to get results. I also love the fact that it's a 3in1 machine. You can of course do squats, but you can do push-ups & sit-ups as well. I will come back in 30 days or so to update on how my body is transforming 💯💪🏽 So far I love the product and it's affordable. In my opinion it's a perfect piece of gym equipment to help aid you in deep squats to achieve tighter thighs & butt along with a flatter tummy! 2026 NO MORE FUPA FOR ME! LET'S GOOOOOO! 💪🏽🙏🏽

I LOVE THE MACHINE. AFTER BREAKING MY KNEE THIS MACHINE ALONG WITH THE RED LIGHT BAND HEALED MY KNEE IN RECORD TIME. I RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE FOR ANYONE NEEDING TO EXERCISE THERE LEGS AND BACK.

Easy to assemble. It doesn’t take up much space. I thought I would fall off on my first try but it holds your weight. I haven’t been using it long enough to report any results.

Just received the machine today, got them put together and tested them, so far so good. Great price for what they are and looks like they'd help with weight loss and toning. Nice, easy design with good grip. This will definitely do something for the legs lol.

Returning item. I am 45, 5’6, 330 lbs with one knee replacement and one waiting to be replaced. Basically, bad knees. Purchased because of videos stating this item was ‘bad knees friendly‘. It most definitely IS NOT bad knee friendly. This machine requires full use of your knees in order to perform the up and down movements it is marketed as. When you sit backwards there is no support. The adjustment in tension is non existent. Had my partner try it himself to see if it was just me. He is 6’5 and 260 lbs. He also had the same experience. The unit assembled easily. Written instructions were lacking, followed pictures instead. Doesn’t take up much room. Overall, if you’re not suffering from any preexisting pain from knees or back, hips, etc then this unit may be great. But if you are suffering, this is not for you. Giving three stars for ease of assembly and sturdiness.

I’m really happy with this machine so far. It was easy to set up, doesn’t take up too much space, and feels sturdy when using it. I like that it gives me a simple way to work on my legs and glutes at home without needing a lot of equipment. It’s also convenient for quick workouts, especially if you’re trying to stay active from home. Overall, I think it’s a great buy for the price and beginner-friendly too.

OMG!! This machine is fantastic! I have lost inches from around my waistline already. This works very well, but remember, you have to eat right also. The two go hand in hand. The quality is very good. I had some trouble understanding how to put it together and I am mechanicallyinclined. However, I did find a great video on YouTube that showed me step by step. It is worth the money. And the seller got it to me early.

I'm not sure about the long term affects of this machine, but at the moment my knees still hurt if I squat down too far. Will update at a later time.
