Fish feeder
I think the item works great. It is made for several fish or large fish mor the a few small fish like guppies. If you have a few tiny fish it over feeds. It could use a short instructional video though. I use it for my office fish so they get food over the weekend.

Good, Like the 100/200 ml Feeder Better
I'm going to be gone for about a week and I needed to make sure my fish get fed of course. I got the 60 ml automatic feeder for my little 5-gallon tank (3 glowlight tetras and 2 neon tetras), and the bigger 100/200 ml feeder for my 20-gallon tank (10 black skirt tetras and 2 corys). The smallest notch on the 60 ml feeder (that isn't closed) feeds way too much for 5 tiny fish. I've tried putting it partway between fully closed and the first notch, but I don't think I succeeded as it still feeds too much. This of course isn't ideal when I'm not going to be home to do water changes. The 100/200 ml feeder has much smaller increments and it's easy to get the right amount. It seems like it's best to also make sure to put the batteries in at exactly the time you want it to feed them, and then push the manual feeding button (on the 60 ml feeder) or the timer button (on the 100/200 ml feeder) right away. Nothing in the manuals tell you how to get these to feed at a specific time, but I did this last night (with it set to 12 hour) and both feeders fed them this morning at exactly the same time as the night before. I'm now going to switch the 60 ml feeder to 24 hour so they don't end up totally overloaded. I couldn't find anything anywhere that said how big of a feeder capacity you need for any specific tank size or amount of time, but the 60 ml size appears to be more than enough for my little 5 gallon tank. I don't think it would be quite big enough for the voracious little eaters in my 20 gallon tank, so I'm glad I went with a bigger size for them (the 100 ml size on that one appears to be plenty big). These feeders are very easy to clamp on the side of the aquarium, either rimless or with a decent sized plastic rim. I can't then put the lids on all the way, which is annoying for the little tank, but since I don't have any real escape artists in there I'm not too worried.

ummm
The feeder worked great, the only problem is it was too big for the tank I have. I have a two gallon tank with only one Beta and even on the lowest setting, it was putting out way to much food, so I couldn't use it and never sent it back. It also didn't fit on my tank. So unless you have a bigger tank this isn't the feeder for you, but the timer was on time cause I forgot to take the battery out and even though it was just laying up there, it kept spinning around to release the food. So the feeding time worked. I wasn't able to attach it to my little tank so i can't speak to its sturdiness.

NOT FOR BETAS
NOT GOOD FOR BETAS. Even with tiny granules at the lowest setting it let's out way too much food. It has no width setting, only a standard setting for how big your food is and it turns pretty slow so if you were to set it to let out more food it would practically empty everything out had in it for beta pellets. Bad capacity bad functionality bad quality. It's not good when you're just trying to feed one beta fish even though it suggests you can. It'll dirty up your tank with food really quickly. Wasted so much beta food trying too use it.

Works great and good settings
this is easy to use and install, worked with battery for 3 weeks while we went on vacation. good value. use on lowest setting so there isnt a messy tank when you return. My fish were all alive. Good quality.

Food distribution is iffy
Overall a good product, but test it a few times. While the food amount can be adjusted it can be either too little or way too much; however since it can feed every 12 hours I err on the side of two little and have it feed twice a day. It is a little noisy if you are in the same room, but you arenโt going to hear it between walls.

As decribed
I needed something to feed the fish while on a 2 week vacation. 1 turn every 24 hours. Better to use with pellet food. Dry the device thoroughly before putting in the food or the food will clump and choke the outlet. Best not to use with flakes

Good
Batteries were a challenge to get in. Need to press very hard for them to go down. Good for small tank 10-30 gallon. Not good for flake food as condensation builds up and makes it stick.

Reliable and had good capacity
Holds enough food to keep my 10 gallon tank fed for weeks

Not great
Canโt regulate well the amount of food it dispenses. The small amount is way to much for an aquarium with a beta fish

No Adjustment
There was No adjustment to amount of food. Way too much or none at all. It doesn't work with pellet food.

Never got to use it. Didn't fit.
I don't know if it's fair of me to review this item because it wouldn't even fit on my tank so I had to send it back. I'm looking for something very low profile that Spence is very close to the glass because that's all the space I have at the back of my tank before the lid. It would fit into my space. So I never used it. Just packaged it back up. I don't know what to say about it.
