I was tired of having independent cameras and four different locations to access my home security so I invested in this 4 unit high speed transfer system, and I have been pleased. Below is some of my notes regarding this system in comparison to my old system.Be sure to use the correct diagram for placing the screws in both the camera attachment and the solar panel Holder, see my photos. Make sure you remove both pieces of cellophane from the lens of the camera. The little plastic rubber pieces are to go in the hole where the solar panel attaches to the camera. Be sure to place them into the camera, especially when used in an outside application.The size of the solar panel is 1/2 the size of older models, I have had this solar panel already in a location for two years and have had no issues difficulties or inability to charge. It has been working fine. The solar panel has high efficiency composite which delivers the power output at double the conversion rate.A simple screwdriver releases the camera from the back plate that may be already installed very easily.C adapter cords are used in all phases of this unit, which includes the independent wifi 6 tower and the ability to recharge the camera.MicroSD card goes in the HomeBase not in each individual camera and stores up to 256 GBThis makes it much easier to retrieve the SD card instead of climbing up to the camera And releasing it. Only 1 card needed.Very easy to set up, especially if it’s connected to a active router, you don’t have to put any information in to the system to get things started. It was the quickest camera system. I’ve set up so far.Depending on the type of service you need, you may need to purchase the iCloud plan, but it is NOT required to run the units as long as you have an SD card in it.Camera has wide angle lens, it also has a siren that can be activated and microphone if you’re wanting to speak with the people in the place where the unit isHD setting is better quality it is adjustable in the settings of the appAll 4 cameras are preloaded to the homebase so once you connect it, your cameras are ALL connected.It is beneficial to read the Quickstart guideI located the 4 cameras in all 4 extremities of the house, including the lower basement, and found that there was no deviation in service in anyway, and that the booster tower covered the area in which they were in, I live in a 1400 square-foot home including 1400 ft.² in the basement.MOST IMPORTANTLY The response time for notification does appear to be three times faster than any other system I have used. So this wifi6 homebase booster that plugs in off of your Internet connection does perform.At night when you approach one of these camera in darkness, the spotlight does activate and start recording if in the full color mode.The response time for notification is definitely faster than any other set of cameras I have ever used in the past. The 15 to 30 second delay that other cameras have seems to be so much better with this unit.The camera material itself is very upstanding hard plastic, during the installation, I dropped the camera from a 6 foot distance on a concrete surface and it did not even phase it, it barely put a scratch on it, which reflects high-quality materials and workmanship.The night vision mode has two settings, infrared, and full color. Infrared uses a red light technology where the lights do not come on in the event you’re trying to be incognito with the camera, and full color mode turns the LED lights on so that your picture is in color and clear, however people approaching definitely know the camera was turned on. In infrared mode, they don’t necessarily have that bright light warning that there is a camera up there, and also in infrared sometimes the images appear in black-n-white.When the camera is recording at a distance, automobiles can be seen clearly at a distance.The piece of equipment is very attractive and a compliment to your property.

Just follow the instructions included and watch the videos on this product pageYou may find the hardest part of the whole process is deciding where to mount the cameras.Things I like:Clear wide angle color video.Clear nighttime video.No monthly fee, motion events are stored on the included memory card within the home base. Easily accessed via the ARCCTV app.When motion is detected Push notifications are sent to your phone. I have the app installed on my phone, my wife’s and tablet.At motion detection bright LED’s illuminate the area. Programmable outdoor camera sirens and or indoor alarms. (The bright LED’s and siren are enough to scare anyone away.)Two-way audio.No batteries to change out, solar panel keeps batteries charged.Ability to view video live on demand, pan and tilt camera 360 degrees.The cameras and home base are extremely well built, a solid piece of equipment.No power or video wires to pull across attic, no large holes to drill through walls. (A plus if you are renting or live in an apartment and need the extra security.)Originally, I was concerned about the range limitation between the home base and farthest camera. Home base being at one end of the house and the camera on the other end 60 feet away. No noticeable degrade in video.I preferred to mount one of camera under the porch roof which did not allow me to mount the solar panels in direct sunlight. No problem again. In my case the ambient sunlight is enough to keep the batteries charged.One camera I set up inside my garage to cover the garage door and rear entrance to the house. No need for a solar panel here, I plugged the cameras into the 5-volt charger with a standard USB type C connection, the same as a cell phone may use.The Cooau cameras are not lacking any features, and are great investment in itself, but I must also mention the impressive ARCCTV app. This app is extremely well designed and easily navigated. Here are some of the things you can with the app.Have camera and base station alarm in sync.Set alarm volume.Set up passwordSet Time. (Don’t forget to do that with the new cameras.Set up AlexaDownload local video files.Format the memory cardUpload the memory card video.Set motion sensitivity.Set Motion detection period.Siren settingWhite light alarm.And of course, pan and tilt camera,I would buy these security cameras again.

The media could not be loaded. These cameras (two of them) come with a home base. It is possible to configure / activate alarm on the home base. This means Camera could be outside, but notification comes in the form of an alarm on the home base and an alert from the app within seconds from motion detection.App installation / configuration, camera and solar panel installation is easy.Home base has a SD card slot ( it comes with manufacturer provided 64GB SD card). Format this card at the time of home base configuration (important step). You also have an option to add SD card on the camera.Home base supports up to 4 cameras (currently I am using two, I am planning on adding more).I managed to installed cameras in the Garage and in the backyard. Garage wall (camera) to Road is about 75feet. My backyard wall/fence is about 150 feet from the camera. Cameras are about 75 feet away from the homebase. I am impressed with the video clarity and quality. I have posted two pictures (day and night).Camera and app offer great features such as Human/motion detection, 360° coverage, ability to adjust color night vision/infrared night vision, ability to configure privacy zone, recordings can stay on the SD card (no need for cloud storage subscription), ability to zoon in-out, two-way audio...etc.
