Wow. What a massively noticeable difference in energy, focus, motivation, improved mood. The first few initial days my sleep was disrupted with so much energy, but that settled in about a week, it could also be because of taking P5P & R5P as well. I believe you need mega dosing for substantial length of time in order to see difference. Dr Elliot on YouTube recommends at least 1500mg of active thiamine daily dose.

My US dr suggested this product to me a few years ago for nerve pain. What a godsend! It takes severals months of consistant use to notice a difference, but its worth the time and effort. I still take it daily and sleep comfortably without nerve pain now
