In the morning I could tell that it hindered my appetite then a couple hours after waking up it could hit like a brick wall and all I needed in life was food. Now for does it work I'm not sure I would wake up and feel good, I would wake up rested and looking good its just hard to separate what I do from what the pill does from what I do, and after looking into the ingredients I couldn't figure out what the nighttime weight management blend (Proprietary) which is 640 mg and on the front of the package it states that pills are 640 mg so either I'm interpreting it wrong or that makes up 99.99% of the pill and it doesn't really explain what the blend is.
