Good little amp if your unpowered sub needs a little extra
100 watts...sorta The included power brick is not powerful enough to push full output. You need to find a 24v supply to get there. Thinking they were trying to extend its life with the brick as the amp gets warm under a full load at 24v. The lows are muddy without tuning. A crossover with eq or digital eq solves the issue . Even audiophiles could probably get behind this little amp. Its good for small to medium rooms like an office or bedroom, I could see an OK application in some home theater setups. Overall a good buy

Works great loud
I have left over passive subwoofers from sound systems and bars I have had in the past. Since bigger av receiver require an active subwoofer for the preamp sub out, this works perfectly. Most houses, 100w is plenty for a sub. I plan on adding a mounting bracket to place on back of subwoofer.

Small but powerful
Bass fills the room. works with any 4 or 8 ohm sub . I would like to note you donโt need to buy banana plugs because you can just wire the sub straight to the unit . Im Surprised!!! That this can out do my old 20 pound amp .

Very well made
This thing is tiny; about two inches wide and an inch tall. I took mine apart and mounted the front panel and circuit board into a speaker cabinet. Along the way I noticed that every component was very good quality and the workmanship overall was superb. I cut a pair of wires going to the back panel and was a little sad because the soldering to the rear connectors was so nice. Sometimes I hear a slight burr from the subwoofer I built. I can't tell where that originates - could be the speaker, could be the amp, could be the overall design of the cabinet, or . . . not sure yet. So I did not rate sound quality for that reason. But judging from the workmanship, I am guessing the noise I sometimes hear isn't the amp's fault.

Low quality
Emits a constant hum that gets louder as you turn up the volume. Problem with the input jack?

Loud humming
As soon as I turned it on it produced a loud humming noise. Returned it for a replacement. It arrived the next day which was great. Now I have to test the replacement.

missing RCA jack
works well but the 3.5mm jack is the real downfall. Just like headphones when it moves it can crackle and buzz. would have been a better design consideration to have an RCA jack on it like all American home audio equipment.

Sooo worth the money!!!!!
plate amps are so expensive so I took a chance and am just as surprised as I was after I got a Nobsound bluetooth amp for my patio. They both really sound great. I have the sub amp connected to a 10 inch Monster home theater sub and gets down to 20 hertz, better than a pioneer sub I had been using
