We have never smoked, and we purchased this specifically because we were interested in using a low-dose nicotine gum as part of our routine for focus and mental clarity. Great Product! Tastes Great and helps diffuse cravings!

I tried multiple products (mints and gum) but this works the best in my opinion. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'm on my 7th week and have no cravings, and the gum actually tastes like normal gum. Lozenges made me nauseous but I don't experience any with this product. I recommend to everyone who smokes (whether that's cigarettes or vapes). You have to enter with the mindset of being ready to quit, otherwise, neither this nor any other NRT will work.

These are the best flavor. These gums don’t give you that same *bam!* sensation that Zyns do but IMO that’s a good thing. Unfortunately though, they are still addictive. I wish I didn’t buy these so often.

Actually helped me quit smoking. Great flavor (mint) Good for curbing the cravings but will not be an end all be all you must make effort to substitute the habit in its entirety. You can do it. Your health will inevitably improve.
