Took these to Southeast Asia to help combat Bali belly. Best decision I ever made. This drink really packs a punch and rehydrates the whole body. They taste great, dont have any bad odours and as dissolvable tablets, are very versatile. I took these everywhere with me because it’s so easy to add to any drink. I’ve since used these as a hangover cure too. Excellent value for money

Was hopeful, but taste not the best, packed with plenty of electrolytes and vits but you don't think, can't wait for the next drink, I add a drop of ribena which helps
