Good Metal, Bad Plastic
Metal bars are great however plastic bars are feel cheap and the bar is oddly shaped and rough feeling. the plastic-ball ends constantly pop off too. Good value if your only interested in the metal bars though.

As described. Clear ones very good. Ive had it in for 7 days and nights and it is still good. I have had retainers in the past in which the barbell ends don't thread tight enough and come off easily/in the night - this is not the case with these. Good quality and value.
