Disclaimer: I put 1 star for nightvision because I have /not/ tried that out yet. To be honest I didn’t even know that was a feature. Regardless, the binoculars are very lightweight. They come with a little pouch bag that fits perfectly and discreetly in any purse/pocket/backpack pouch/fannypack. It truly is that small! For size comparison.. I am a size medium in latex medical gloves and these fit tiny and perfectly in my palm. They also come with a soft cloth that helps with cleaning the lens from any dirt / dust particles floating around.That being said, I did buy this to see better at a concert. The stadium with strict rules allowed me to bring it in no problem. I was never stopped or called out by security so I assume it’s safe to use to see closer up if your seat is farther from the stage/ground.As to quality of this thing: ehhhhh. It’s alright. Not the world’s best binoculars but that could be dependent on a lot of factors. 1) I wear glasses and have really bad astigmatism. I’m horribly near-sigthed and while these helped a bit, they didn’t make anything super clear. (You can make it focus tho! There’s a little roller thing located on the top that lets you adjust the focus of the binoculars. It’s neat)It’s kind of annoying trying to adjust and focus the view when you’re at a concert or game trying to see everything since you miss quite a few things, but maybe that’s why this is listed as a birdwatcher more than a concert viewing device. Nonetheless, it’s alright for the price and fun to play with and get weird stares from neighbors. 7.5/10!

I like the size of the binoculars; view is sharp once it is on stable surface or hand; avoid shaking because it is not a lens with stabilization. The zoom or magnification is not as described, by sure; it is about 16x but no more. The construction of the binoculars is great; solid, compact and looks value and worth More than the price . It is good for birth watching or use in the Zoo, hiking or theatre; I believe is not suitable for any thing in movement like flying birds because you need to graduate the focus constantly if you are watching objects in fast motion. I recommend this product if you can’t spend much money.

Becareful!- do NOT trust the strap! make sure you tie it around the binoculars. First time out hiking with them the strap failed-- the strap pulled out of the plastic connector. I was on a long adventure with a bunch of gear on, and luckily felt it dangling against my hip awkwardly as part of my strap was caught up around shoulder/neck I knew I got lucky - they could have been lost on the mountain....but, I just tied it up and kept going. Well -- that lasted about 3 trips. The other side apparently failed too -- went to glass something and my binoculars are gone. Irked with myself...I knew better. So- my bad for not cutting the strap and tying it directly around the binoculars like I did for the other side.I was on a multi-mile trek.

I do like this product. It is good for what it cost. My understanding is the number before the X is the magnification. I don't believe this is 40 times magnification. I could be wrong. Other than that, it's a great set of binoculars for watching birds..

These arrived quickly and I am one happy customer. The optics for the money are equal to and maybe even a little better then a older set that I have that was about 110 Dollars.I played with them for a few days before having my son give them to Mom for Mothers Day. They were a hit and looking forward to using them on our Alaska cruise next month.Hooked up my s9 Samsung and was able to take some really cool pictures.Easy to hook up and easy to use.Also quick to remove phone and go right back to using as binoculars. I didn't really expect much for 40 bucks but am very happy with this purchase !! Night vision is really not noticeable but I didn't need that anyway!

Nice small light weight, what I was looking for. Good power, some might need a rest to hold steady.Great for backpack or in vehicle.

I am a roadtripper. I don't need expensive binoculars. I just want something handy and lightweight to grab when I want to check out something in the distance. I dont expect this item to reach for the far distance and that's ok.This little item packs a punch! It is light, seemingly well made, the picture is crisp clear. Also, like that the pouch is lined to protect the bino.It took me awhile to research and compare the compact binos based on specs and reviews. I got the winner!!

Los binoculares son buenos, tiene una imagen muy nítida, enfocan perfecto a largas distancias por ejemplo una montaña y a cortas también.El defecto es que NO TIENEN UN ZOOM x40 como lo anuncian. Por esto es que los compré porque anuncian que amplía la imagen 40 veces (cosa que no es así). Así que si pensabas adquirirlos por eso, este producto te dejará con un mal sabor de boca. No se mucho de binoculares pero podría decir que tienen un zoom x10.No es para nada un mal producto, pero con una muy mala descripción. No veo ni por de cerca tan claro un lugar/objecto que está a 2 kilómetros como lo ponen en las fotos.

Not clear, tried to return cost was $12 and item was sent back to meTotal pain in the house, get screwed once never buy fro the seller ever again.
