Product Quality: Excellent | Delivery Experience: Extremely Disappointing
The Bosch tool set itself is a top notch excellent quality product. However, my experience with Amazonโs delivery process has been extremely frustrating. I ordered this Bosch tool set three times, and all three attempts had serious issues: First order: The entire toolbox was missing from the shipment. After raising a complaint, Amazon conducted an investigation and refunded the amount. Second order: The Amazon-sealed package was clearly tampered with. I rejected the delivery immediately. Since it was a COD order, I did not face a financial issue. Third order: The Amazon packaging seal was intact, but the overall packaging was in poor condition. Upon inspection, I found that the red lock of the toolbox was missing (as shown in the attached photos/videos). There are also clear signs of a theft attempt on the exterior of the box - visible dents suggesting it was forcefully tried to be opened. Fortunately, the toolbox has an additional side seal, which prevented the contents from being stolen. Despite the product being good, I am highly disappointed with Amazonโs delivery service and its delivery associates. Repeated incidents like these strongly indicate mishandling or fraudulent activity during transit. I urge Amazon to take stringent action against such practices and strengthen its delivery and quality checks to protect customers from fraud and repeated inconvenience.
