Element G G550 PC Gaming Headset with Virtual 7.1 Surround Sound + RGB illumination

I'm pretty impressed with the sound quality in these, for both output and recording. The LED's are pretty bright and clean compared to others I've seen that are more diffuse. I was disappointed there's no feature to have multiple colors at once, but this was not a deal breaker. These are headphones after all and the sound they deliver is great!

i like how hey sound and they are so comfy but my RGB lighting doesnt work!!

This item is misrepresented in its pictures... misleading the customer to think the item has a multi-colored RGB light similar to other gaming PC items like Headphones stands, mouse bungees, and mousepads. WELL, dont be fooled by the pictures... you will only get a sing;e color light from the headphones at any given time. Considering ive never heard of this off-brand no name company, i only bought the items for the pictured lighting effects to match my setup. Money wasted. Item not as described. Unhappy customer.

Awesome product! Well designed, looks great and comfortable. Shipping was very fast. Overall very happy.

It feels good it looks cool but the only thing that I don't like about it is the sound. I tried to play Rainbow Six Siege with this headset and every time someone shot it sounded like it was off in a different direction the audio is so weird and I couldn't play with it.

Looks awesome and sounded pretty good too.Hard to find one that fits my head comfortably, but this one does it.

Great Headset for PS4 Pro. I needed a wired headset so my WiFi connections won’t get interrupted and after 2-3 days of researching for quality, reasonable price and of course build in 7.1 surround sound I came across the Element G G550. I had them for no more than a week when my dog got his paws on the cable and chew it up. I email Customer Services letting them know I’m willing to pay for repairs on my Headset and they’ve been kind and understanding towards my situation. They will deliver a new G550 Headset to my doorstep which makes me really HAPPY!! :)
