Works as advertised
I live on a Caribbean island with lots of salt fog, and have a galvanized steel barn. It had begun to develop some rusty spots, and this stopped them completely. I found it easy to apply with a brush, and it stays on solidly. This is a thick paint that will span small cracks, even when thinned a bit. A can is quite heavy since it's nearly pure zinc.

Application
I found that by thinning it down by 50% with acetone, and using a pressure cup gun, it would spray and give good coverage without a lot of loss. I used this product to recoat an old galvanized tower and it now looks as new.

Perfect product for extreme conditions
Perfect product for extreme conditions. I used it to prime a new kayak trailer. I have used ZRC many times. The Crown coating was an excellent alternative.I will be ordering it again for other projects.

Good product although can damaged.
This product was shipped to me in a damaged can; personally, this does not bother me. It was not an issue until I actually went to open the can, it began leaking from the side of the can, near the very bottom. It was a headache to deal with this while I was spraying a custom entrance gate. Had to make a catch basin for it and find another container to put the remaining paint in.If you plan on spraying this through a gun, it sprays very nicely. A gallon needs to be thinned with mineral spirits by 40-50% in order to be manageable through your spray gun. Plan on spending a half hour or more mixing a full can if done by hand with a stir stick.JDR Metal Art

Bad Product
This product was old or something wrong because it was to thick and we could not use it. We had to purchase something different due to the time line.

Awesome!
I used this to help with the rust issue in my older horse trailer. I used a spray gun and it worked fine. It does need to be thinned with Mineral Spirits.

Amazing new packaging shape for paint cans...
I am used to normal cylinder shaped 1gallon paint cans, but this is the first time ive seen this new design. Surely its not due to amazons amazing packing techniques for heavy liquid items... it didnt leak, but im gonna bet Bezos a paycheck that the lid doesn’t seal again...
