Q: does this have the edger wheel or the mount for it

Had to take wheel off of the old guard assembly and attach it to the new one.

Q: does the item include the string cutter?

Yes it does. I bought one a couple months ago.

Q: Did it come with everything it needed to be attached (screws etc)?

The guard assembly consisted of the guard with the string cutter attached. You'll need to use the attachment screws, wheel, clip and washer from the old guard assembly.

Q: Does this also come with the roller (Part# 522929001)? reviews indicate with and without...

I'm not at home. But as i recall it does not.
