ventles, regular outlet setting. great for small-midium roads
easy to set up. smaller than big family size of machines. But it's still heavy to make it move around.Machine runs very quiet and many choices of washing. still fining out dryer choices but it's working perfectly. this dryer may takes longer than regular vented dryer but still great working to me. 110V so that it is normal outlet. no vent required. it fits anywhere. 2.7cu is perfect size for 1-2 peeps. not for huge family. as long as you follow the direction; e.g, how much cloths inside, it works perfectly. quick wash choice is only 36min and great work. Dryer is 30-60-90 min choice and more. The hard time was for delivery. I paid extra for "room of choice service". but it was not good by unprofessional transferring from truck to my unit. also no communication at all for the delivery day from drivers and I needed to wait over 6hs for this service. this service is not worth it to pay for it. since my washer machine is located right next entrance door. overall, I am happy with this very energy efficient machine.

DO NOT BUYYYYYYYY
I purchased this washer and dryer in January and had it installed in February. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The dryer takes over eight hours to dry just one T-shirt, which is completely unacceptable.I reached out to Amazon for help, and they referred me to the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer, who asked for the receipt, a photo of the front and back of the machine, and the model number—all of which I provided promptly. However, their response was disappointing. They told me that they couldn’t do anything because the issue was not covered under their warranty and that it had something to do with customer service, which they had no control over. They also suggested I buy an exhaust part for the machine, claiming it might solve the problem.I told them that I was willing to purchase the exhaust part if necessary, but I was concerned that it might not fix the problem. They told me there was nothing more they could do if it didn’t work. The machine has only been used two or three times, and it’s likely going to be thrown away because it doesn’t function as it should. This is truly unreal and disappointing.I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. If I could, I would give this machine zero stars. I would not recommend this washer and dryer to anyone.

Others are criticising it too much.
Many people leave reviews without realizing that this is a compact washer and dryer costing $999. First of all, it’s perfect for small kitchens or tight spaces, making laundry easier where space is limited. It has a scratch-resistant screen on top of the washer instead of metal. Plus, it's very quiet during operation. Keep in mind, it takes a few hours to dry, so it’s best to start it at night or in the morning.A little heads-up: while it fits in tiny homes and mobile homes, it’s important to consider the weight and ensure your floor can support any washing machine safely.

Very convenient!
Manual for use is fairly... useless. I had to Google how to do stuff. While it was inconvenient, I figured it outWash. The machine washes well. It holds what I would consider a half to 3/4 load. I add 5 towels at a time and that is fine. I also swap towels out after every bath so my towels are not heavily soiled. You may want to do 4.Drying. The dry cycle is very long. I expected this because I have a full size combo at another property. So Not a problem because my intention was to wash over might or While im at work. For those who see the dry cycle as ending wet, just time the start to coincide with an end time that matches when you'll be back home.THERE IS ONLY ON DRYER CYCLE CHOICE. I believe 2 options include washer and dryer combination option.Lint. There is no lint catch. The lint is released with the waste water. I also keep a rag near the machine since I realize that lint gathers on the rubber seal. Just a quick wipe after each load helps.Water inlet. Mine connected well initially, but since im in an apartment and have to connect and disconnect, it walks itself lose. This can be messy. I have taken to tightening wirh each use and ensuring that I am around while its in its wash cycle until I can be confident in the machine. This may also be partially my fault because I didn't use Teflon tape.I have programmed the "my cycle" to a wash and dry i prefer and that's been uneventful so far.Placement. I had to put it near the kitchen where the water fixture allowed me to connect without adding anything other than a male to male 3/3 to 1/2 inch hose adapter. Teflon definitely needed. Buy the 10 ft extra hose that is recommended by Amazon if it not places inside the kitchen/room. Very helpful.I also got some vibration dampening feet. Not very useful for me since the vibration appeared to be a result if the construction of the apartment. Be sure your floor can handle the 710lb weight.Power. Its a 110 line so no need to figuring out higher voltage.Noise. Its really very quiet. The most noise it makes is the spin cycle which goes for 15 minutes on the cycle I use. It makes just about as much noise as my portable ac.

Works well for wash, but takes long time to dry
This washer/dryer all in one is perfect for the smallest of laundry closets.I do love how it washes and drys in the same machine without having to transfer laundry over. The only downside of the machine is that one load that washes and drys will take 6 hrs and 28 minutes a cycle to complete. It does work out well when leaving and wanting laundry to be done when you get home. However I actually went ahead and got a laundry rack and sometimes just set the washer to just wash the clothes because the cycle only takes 1hr 28 mins instead amd usually air drys in the same amount of time.Doing it that way allows us to get more done when needed. This machine has its perks but also it has its flaws as well.I wish the dry cycle didn't take forever. But it is a good option. Honestly ive had my machine for a year now and I have never had an issue with it really. However now looking back I do believe it could of been cheaper for the dry cycle to be so I efficient. It works for what it is.

Perfect fit for our RV
PRO: I was so tired of spending $25 a week to do laundry at the laundromat. This fit perfectlyCON: we didn’t level it so, our RV shakes violently when it’s spinning. It’s also not as quiet as I expected (it squeaks when spinning). I already knew the 4 hour dry time so, that’s a given for this machine

Juice is not worth the squeeze!
Shakes like crazy. Called customer service, and they said it was not meant to be installed in an RV. REALLY! Takes forever to dry 3 shirts (3 hrs). Definitely do not buy! Get a Splendide vented washer/Dryer. A much better choice!
