Doesn’t work well as a selfie stick
The selfie stick with a gimbal I purchased three years ago. The battery just died on me so I tried this one out, but unfortunately it definitely underperformed! If you’re looking for gimbal with stabilization it’s fine for that but it did not work well as a selfie stick with the stabilization capabilities.

Great for object tracking
This gimbal takes some getting used to. The instructions that came with it were not as heplpful as I would have liked. But it works well and allows you to get better shots than just holding a phone.PROS* Compact / folds up for easy carrying* Object / face tracking is great. Allows you to move around a bit while recording and it tracks you.* Holds my iPhone 13 Pro Max* Stabilization is goodCONS* Doesn’t come with a carrying bag* Need to download the accompanying app (I feel like this could be a security risk these days)* Not intuitive* Seems quirky — like if you have to reposition the camera you have to shut the gimble off first otherwise it goes into this weird seizure of vibrations.

Setup and usage are straightforward, with intuitive controls that make the stabilizer user-friendly.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery life could be longer. It lasts a decent amount of time, but for extended shoots, you might need a power bank. Overall, it’s a great investment for anyone looking to enhance their mobile videography. Highly recommended!
