Came well sealed and packaged, arrived promptly and were exactly as described. Have only just started to read them but they seem to be lining up the hype so far, a good price for a full series of books and will definitely recommend

These books are Very psychological and they do not disappoint with had a bow in the book as well as the filmsHannibal rising : is the prequel of how Hannibal became a monster I read this one 1st to get an insight into the reasons why he changed this book was published last but it’s before red DragonRed Dragon : is about the tooth fairy killer and Will Graham must go and see Hannibal Lecter in police custodySilence of the lambs : agent in training Clarice Starling needs to learn the ways of Hannibal Lecter meanwhile he plays tricks of the trade to escape police custody,Hannibal: after seven years on the run Hannibal must play his violent ways to survive!Hannibal is the biggest book of the series and Hannibal rising is shortest book of the seriesI think buying the box set is good value for money.

Purchased these as Silence of the Lambs has always been one of my favourite films and I’ve never read any the books.Red Dragon is great, very well written and gives a lot more background to Dolarhyde, which neither of the movies did. 10/10Silence of the Lambs, again an excellent book full of suspense. 10/10Hannibal, I struggled with this one a little. Good start, when the story moved to Italy it felt more like a tourist guide describing every street/building in Florence! Personally, I think it’s a shame the direction the author took with Starling’s character. The ending is very different to the movie, and I’m not sure how I feel about it…..! 6/10Hannibal Rising is the poorest of this set. It’s like the author just ran out of ideas. Worth a read I guess to understand how Hannibal became the person he was. 4/10I’m glad I purchased and read these, £12 was a decent price for all 4.

Bought these books for my daughters Christmas, she loves Hannibal movies, so I’m sure she will love getting these books.

Gift for granddaughter, thought they were a brilliant read.
