Absolutely love this! The cooling mode feels amazing on the skin and instantly helps with puffiness. It’s super easy to use, glides smoothly, and feels like a proper upgrade from a regular gua sha. The different modes make it very advanced and effective. I was a bit skeptical because I saw some reviews mentioning charging issues, but it comes with a card that clearly says to use the provided cable and it works perfectly with that. Great quality overall, totally worth it!

I purchased the Numour G.O.A.T Smart Electric Gua Sha Handheld Face Massager in October 2025 as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, the product has been a complete disappointment. After moving to the US in December, we realized that the device does not charge at all. Despite trying multiple charging options, it simply doesn’t work, making it unusable. This is especially frustrating given that it was bought as a premium self-care product. For something marketed as a “smart” device, basic functionality like charging should be reliable. The quality control on this product seems very poor, and it has led to a really bad overall experience. I would not recommend this product to others unless the brand improves its reliability and customer support. Also, it would help if someone from Brand can tell me what to do since I am in the US now.

This works miracles on morning bloat. The heat and EMS modes snatch the jawline in under five minutes. Battery lasts forever, totally worth it.
