TEC II AUTO Stop Boat Lift Remote Control

I had to replace my older model receiver and got the replacement kit. It comes with instructions but the pictures and written instructions didn't correspond with my unit. I was able to contact the guys at TEC ll and they spent about 30 minutes patiently talking me through the installation. They were great. The company should certainly consider a YouTube video, or revised instructions.

It is hard to say as to what I like most as I have been unable to get the unit wired properly and have no clue as to how well it works. Two electricians spent two hours trying to figure out how to wire it; they even called the supplier who could not help them. Two hundred dollars later I still have something that cannot be hooked up to my lift. Apparently our lift motors have four wires each and the unit has three wire ports. Not happy.
