Kitchen Shears, Beyetori Ultra Sharp Heavy Duty Dishwasher Safe Multipurpose Scissors …

Wanted to love these. First tried to cut a 2 pound fillet of salmon in half. Shears had difficulty cutting through the skin but I was finally able to do it. The next night tried to open a package of chicken. The scissors couldn’t handle the job. Returned them.

These are perfect for my use. However, I do not cut meat with them so I cannot comment on this particular use. But, They are handy to have in kitchen. Also, perfect size.

They're just as advertised and now I have one for every drawer I usually need scissors.

Very sharp, which is great , but they don't come apart so cleaning them can be hard.
