I have been using this product since September last year. It was advised to me by a doctor of Chinese medicine. Reason was because I was suffering with anxiety and depression from starting up my own business and continuing full time employment. With in 2 weeks I was sleeping properly and feeling far less stressed. And overall had a lot more energy. Highly recommended!

Ok product, slightly pricey

Well i came across these in relation to stopping smoking. I have stopped smoking but attribute that to reading Allan Carrs book. However these are having a wonderful effect on my mood and I am waking up before my alarm in the morning and not feeling sluggish all the time. There is conflicting information about when to take/dosage. Some sites say first thing in morning and last thing at night but I had one night of no sleep and then read you shouldn't be taking them after afternoon time, so now only taking one a day in the morning. I also had slightly raised blood pressure taking it twice a day (and felt slightly manic lol) so anyone with high blood pressure should be aware of this

Its good for its quality and price.It helped me to have a bit better focus some days but i personally think it needs to be combined with Lthianine or gaba, as Tyrosin can cause you some anxiety. I think tyrosin is the core element behind many brain focus supplements . Just be ware not to take too much and dont take on regular basis not to suppress your thyroid.

Felt absolutely No difference with this brand. Changed the brand and definitely i am feeling more energetic than before.

This is an excellent product. I find this really helpful if I'm feeling a bit low or tired. It gives a steady, energized feeling without making me feel jittery or irritable. However, everyone is different and this is just my own experience.
