Good quality but needs more comfort feeling.

Definitely need a smaller pillow cover to go on these or they are wimpy and don’t provide any lumbar support. Constructed well but could use quit a bit more stuffing in them.

I didn't fully believe a few other reviewers and thought that since my cover was 12 x 21 the extra length would make up for the "exact" width - well it didn't! The 24" length barely looks ok as it fills to the edges, but the width did not even fill to the edges. Like another reviewer, I couldn't shove it over to really fill the corners. On the plus side, the insert is not lumpy and seems well made. Overall, it's about 3-4" thick at the middle and crushes down to maybe 2 1/2". Another issue was that when it didn't arrive the day it was supposed to Amazon did not notify me! I checked the tracking info on their site and it said the pillow had arrived damaged (I guess to them) so the cancelled my order. Would have been nice to know! I had paid $9.95 for the 1st one and in re-ordering had to pay $13.95. The woman I spoke with on the phone said she could not offer me the original price because it was not shipped from Amazon, but gave me a $10 credit on my next Amazon purchase. My original purchase was credited no problem. She also said she could not upgrade my shipping for free. My new ship date was 7-14 days later, but it arrived in about 5 days. Too much mis-information and had to work too hard and wait too long for a pillow insert!

I admit I was skeptical when I first opened package - that thin pillow form was going to work didn't look possible. But it did as all the other reviews said. Great value for price and would definitely order again.

Great value, nice quality, comfortable but just a little smaller than expected

A little disappointed in this size and shape as there is not enough filler to achieve the full dimension of the pillow. The ends of the rectangle are completely empty giving me a width of 18" versus 24". I am going to have to open up the insert and add more loose Dacron to achieve the proper size.

Bought these and paid the tailor to make shams from sunbrella fabric. I selected this style because it advertised as being safe for outdoors and these are going in a screened-in porch. Be careful when you unpack them and unwrap them don't use any sharp scissors they come incredibly shrink-wrapped and tiny but as you carefully peel off the plastic once the air gets in there the pillow expands I then threw the pillows in the dryer on air fluff setting for 10 minutes before taking them to the tailor so that they would be nice and big.

They hold up very well outdoors. I would buy again.
