Great Replacement Phone.
This is my first "renewed"/ refurbished phone and I'm valery happy with it. Bought this as a replacement for an older LG Stylo 2 where the power port was no longer functioning properly. I simply removed the sim card from the old phone and put it in the new one and it was ready to go. It charges really fast. Looks practically brand new. If you are looking for a very basic smart phone then this is the one for you.

Phone doesn’t work.
Phone came with no imei number installed into the phone. Doesn’t recognize my Verizon sim. The phone doesn’t work at all. I have my old phone and new phone side to side. The old phone is the same one as the new one. This was a waste of money.

Freezing at random
After a few months, it starts to randomly freeze and then self restart, ny sites stylo does the same thing.

Need to send the phone back
The phone had a problem, Verizon could not actervate.they said that I. Needed another phone and make sure it a Verizon.I needs to send this back,what about a labor?
