I bought two of these one for myself and one for my husband. Unfortunately, it's not working on his Iphone and he has the same as I do. The little arm that goes into the phone appears to be too loose.For me it works great. I am keeping the other as a backup for my phone if I need it or if for some reason it starts to work in his iphone. What is nice it you can download from your iphone then put it on you computer. You can download from your computer and put it on your phone. I bought some songs of Amazon and put them on my phone. Works great. I got this to download pictures from my Iphone and put them on my computer. I did that now I can delete what pictures I want now from my phone as to get space back. I can pick what ones i want to keep on my phone.If you don't want to put it on your computer or phone. You can leave it right on the drive. You can then go from your phone to your computer of vis a versa without downloading anything and taking up space.Love this iphone/usb drive works great for me. Get it if you have a cellphone this is a necessity.

Easy to use with detailed instructions at a great price for amount of storage.

They require you to download an app to transfer all your photos to this flash drive. This app makes it very simple and easy to do so. My mom was able to store all her photos on her computer with easy transfer with the USB plug. Therefore, allowing her room on her phone. I would highly recommend.

Works as expected My wife's iPhone can't update to IOS 18 because the phone doesn't have enough space left. Can't record videos or take pictures anymore, because there are too many photos and videos inside and she doesn't want to delete them all. I found this product and bought it as a trial as the only solution. It worked as expected. I was able to copy hundreds of photos and videos in my phone and transfer them all to this Photo stick at an amazingly fast speed. I put the photo stick with all the data in a safe place in case I need to use it again, then I deleted some old photos and videos in my phone to free up space. My wife's iPhone was able to update to the new IOS. I bought a second one for my son with a newer iPhone, luckily it worked because the product comes with a lightning and Type C adapter so it can be used for all iPhone generations. I really like this product and recommend it to anyone looking for a solution to free up iPhone space without deleting lots of precious old photos and videos.

Item was as described and the instructions were fairly easy. I downloaded over 15,000 photos and videos from my iPhone. And now I can free up space and get rid of my monthly fee for extra storage. Going forward I will make sure I put future photos on the flash drive. My daughter ordered a different drive and she couldn’t get it to work the way she needed it. She ordered this one and it was perfect for her needs! Plus she takes a ton of selfies and videos so this drive will be put to great use!I was worried initially that the downloaded out of order but I discovered how to put them in date order by pressing the three lines that gave you options of how to sort your items. I really like the drive was interchangeable depending on your phone type be it iPhone or android. And the best part is I was able to download these onto a drive without having a computer!

Bought for my mom. Product works as advertised, but I will say, its not as simple as "plug and play". You have to download an app and even the app isn't intuitive and the directions in the pamphlet were in broken English. So if you aren't a little tech savvy, you're likely to get frustrated and give up. After deciphering the app and directions, it's pretty great. Downloads pictures and videos fast and freed up space on my phone. 4 stars only bc I can see how it would be challenging for someone who wasn't very tech savvy.
