Under Desk Pedal Elliptical Machine, Adjustable Resistance Leg Exerciser Office Home Workout While Sitting for Seniors

I started using this the same day I received it. Other than popping the 2 AAA batteries into the LED readout, there is no assembly required. It's ready to use right out of the box. It's solidly built and is heavy, so it doesn't shift around, even when peddling as fast as I can on a polished wood floor. It has a low profile, which makes it perfect for my 27" (in height) desk and I'm short (5'1"). The elliptical motion is more forwards and backwards with a small delta in up and down motion, so if you have less clearance under your desk, it won't cause the issue I had with an under-desk bicycling exerciser. The bicycling pattern made me move my legs with a lot more up and down motion, which in turn caused my body to move side to side. This is not great when you are trying to type on your keyboard, or are in a video meeting. The magnetic resistance goes from almost no resistance to high resistance in 8 increments and is manually set using the big dial on the front of the unit. No dependence on being near an electrical outlet lets you exercise anywhere there's a flat surface big enough for it and something to sit on. This is not a model built for standing on. So far, it's everything I've been looking for - heavy, quiet, easy to use, low profiled, perfect resistance range, sturdy, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this under-desk elliptical. NOTE: I bought this unit because my job is totally sedentary, and this was causing edema in my ankles. I've only been using the elliptical for 2 weeks, and the edema has lessened dramatically in that short a span of time. I'm expecting the edema to become a non-issue by the end of this month. Yay for staying in motion even when you're sitting at a desk all day long!

I bought this to help keep my arthritic knees loosened up, and it works great for me - it’s absolutely silent, no impact, has some tension adjustment, portable, but heavy enough that it doesn’t shift around. I’ve had and used it a couple of months and have found nothing about it I’d want to change. Note: in an earlier review I said it didn’t have a Bluetooth connection; my mistake, it does, it’s just difficult to locate. So, the device now gets a well-deserved five stars…

After many years of using a different elliptical device I am excited to start my new fitness journey. This elliptical was easy to setup and start using right out of the box. The Bluetooth hooked up very quickly and linked up with apple health. I have already done 2 workouts and feel the difference in my muscles. The movement is smooth and quiet. It’s sturdy and the stride length is comfortable. I highly recommended this for anyone looking to start getting back into shape.

I used one of these at my PT's office and she recommended it to me to build up ankle strength after an injury. Seated removes the strain of weigh bearing. I thought this was exactly the same as hers, but it is bigger, bulkier, and heavy. It is excellent quality, though, and I do plan to use it. It's just large to store. I got it used, so the price point was incredible. It still looked brand new. It has 10 levels or difficulty, and an electronic screen. It's a pretty great tool for physical therapy.

This machine is super quiet and easy to use in a sitting position. It is great for days I need to stay at my desk and take meetings (virtual) while still able to keep my circulation flowing!

I really like a lot of things about this peddler. But I paid more to get a smart app version and haven't used that. The app isn't that easy to use. I wish I got the model that isn't smart. and yes it's true that it works out of the box and will definitely help you with your physical therapy goals.

I absolutely love this elliptical. It is absolutely quiet fits perfectly under my desk provides just enough resistance for me. I’ve been using it now for about a week and I really think I’ll see some improvement in my knee pain very soon.

Used it for one week and after the first week, elliptical smelled like oil every single time I used it. After inspection, found out that the left pedal had oil running down from somewhere. Returned it before it had a chance to stain my floors. 2 stars for smoothness and weight.

I have no movement below the knees, and I need to put straps all the way to the back as far as they go so my heel doesn't move . With straps it's usable for me with no feet function, but there is a tiny issue and that is if I don't pedal continuously and stop at the end of the move I can't pedal further since I have no feet function, and I have to press the pedals with my hands or with a wooden stick. Overall it's fine, I use it at difficulty 1 for now, have to get used to pedaling it's not normal like in bike riding, u have to push down to pedal. person with working feet will be able to use this device normally Best part is u just take it out of the box, batteries come in a separate container that u need to put in. Mine came with 16 difficulty sliders

Amazing value very solid and heavy construction yes it does slip on certain surfaces but it would do as does your chair you sit on .. you just need to be sensible and purchase a none slip mat Would highly recommend this item having just had a full knee replacement it’s ideal have also recommend to my brother who’s mobility needs improving It’s also simple to use no fussing around with gimmicky technology or fiddly foot straps Get one before the offer finishes you will be delighted Eddie Torbay

I love this machine! It’s solid and works great. Best part is there was no assembly! Take it out of the box and it’s good to go! It’s helping with my circulation while sitting at a desk all day. Also, even when not pedaling, it’s a very comfortable place to rest my feet. Good for my posture because it keeps me from crossing my legs!
