So I have ordered in the past, and zero issues unfortunately this time I got a defective item, it happens, but I figure it will takes days if not weeks to resolve... nope I sent a message and a few images and not only did I get a response but I had a tracking number for a replacement less than 24 hours after I messaged them. Superb service, new unit installed and working great. Customer for life!

OEM replacement, flawless install . Small fingers are helpful for the plug in connectors I suggest watching a video on installing this for the novice .

This is a good replacement part and functions the way it is supposed to. This is my fourth replacement and the only reason I replace them is because I sometimes accidentally crack the screens when there is cured resin left in the vat when the build plate is homing. I just put a fan on my mono to keep it cool and make sure the exposure time is less than 40s for the bottom layers and these screens last for more than 6 months.

Es mi tercer pantalla de LCD que cambio, 1 para una Photon S y 2 para mi Photon Mono SE. Una rota por volcado de la resina al perforar el FEP y las otras 2 por mal programación del Z=0 ( que creo q es un problema de la impresora). La pantalla se instala súper fácil y funciona 10 ptos. Siempre les instalo por encima un film adhesivo descartable para evitar daños por derrame

I recently had an issue with my print screen (started flickering on right half) on my Mars 2 Pro and ordered a replacement screen. When I received the new screen, everything seemed fine until I tested it using the exposure test. It was just a blank screen. I double checked that I did in fact put the top facing up and double checked that I removed the protecting film on both sides. Thinking i may have some other issue, I plugged the old screen back in ans it worked just like before (albeit still had the flickering on the right half).Ordered a replacement thinking I had a DOA screen. New screen arrived today, with the same issue. A blank white screen. Won't display anything at all. Sent support an email, waiting to see what they say...Update: Shoutout to the reddit community for the fix to this issue (ChituSystems_Lin for the win!). You require a new firmware version than what is on the elegoo website. Make sure this is installed on the printer, or you'll come across the same issue

For the screen to work you have to make sure all firmware is up to date

I’ve purchased two of these now. Thinking the first was defective, I replaced it with a new one and neither display anything. I either received two defective units back to back or it simply does not some with the photon mono unlike the description suggests

The first was flawed. I saw a problem on the right center side and expected it to fail. I ordered a replacement immediately. No issue. I continued to print without issue until a couple days later where I had failures on the suspected side. I replaced it with the new one and everything seems to check out okay. I don't anticipate another failure.

ES LA IDEAL PARA MI IMPRESORA, SOLAMENTE QUE HAY VECES QUE NO DETECTA BIEN LOS MODELOS, NO SE SI SEA QUE SE LE MUEVE ALGO O NO SIRVA YA QUE NO TRASPASA LA LUZ EN SU TOTALIDAD DE VEZ EN CUANDO, Y TENGO QUE DESINTALARLA Y VOLVERLA A INSTALAR.

The screen fit perfectly and I had I also had a perfect first print. My biggest concern was the screen size but it's printing more constantly now

Fácil de instalar siguiendo el tutorial de Anycubi. Y luego funciona perfectamente. Acá mi consejo: es mi tercer LCD de cambio y recién con la tercera me di cuenta que fue lo que las rompió. Fue un resto de resina ya polimerizada, una espícula de 2 x2mm muy pequeña que saltó desde la base donde estaba pegado el objeto hasta dentro de la batea de impresión. Un descuido fatal. Recomendación: tener áreas separadas para el manejo de la resina (mezclar, colar, etc) y manejo de los objetos polimerizados
