Great workout!
Very fast shipping, product was packaged very well. I like how after working out you can just put everything in the bag and put it away, a great space saver. This exercise board offers a full upper body workout. The cable tensioners are adjustable which is perfect for anyone. Pricing was great because it included so many different accessories. There is also a jumping rope which is great for a 15 minutes cardio.It came with a very helpful chart with some sample of workouts but I found some other workouts on YouTube.
