So for years I have been storing my Christmas stuff in a couple of reused guitar packaging/shipping boxes (pictured). They worked but were very tall and hard to move around and store. I wanted something that was a little bit easier and more distinct to mark them as Christmas items. The bright red definitely takes care of that. The quality of the canvas and zippers is very good. The bags don't have any rigidity to them so what I did was I cut down a huge Amazon box that I had received a shipment in last week, and made a bottom and a top that slid over it. although it was a little bit wide and short in length for the big bag, the height was a bit lower than the height of the bag so I was able to work it around and still fit it in to give it some rigidity. I did the same thing for the two smaller bags with one of the guitar boxes, and when I cut one down each end fit perfectly into each bag. By doing this I can now stack them safely without crushing anything. We all know how delicate some Christmas decorations can be. Overall I would highly recommend this combination package, just save your huge boxes. And if you have a guitar store nearby, which I cannot name, you can always find the big guitar boxes in their dumpster behind the stores. They do not put them into a recycling bin, they throw them in the normal trash.

This tree bag is bigger than the previous one so my tree fits in it better and I really like the material and the two bags with it we used for the lights and Christmas decorations. Love this set and a great price!

The larger bag for the tree is huge. You could fit two 9 ft trees in it

This is a decent tree storage bag and should be a good replacement to the original box that is finally on its last legs. I found the easiest way to size the bag to your tree is to measure your original box and get a bag as close to that dimension as possible. This bag was within an inch or two in all directions and out tree is a 7.5 foot tall tree.The material for the bag is a nylon that is coated on the inside so it should help protect it from outside moisture. With the trees using metal tubes and legs, this "600D" nylon should be able to take most of the abrasions of normal transport and storage.I would have like to see a heavier weight nylon to to ensure longevity and a little more protection when these things get pulled and pushed through the attic ladder and can cause snags (personal experience). It would have been nice if this bag also incorporated some cinch straps to help tighten up the load making it easier to move the loaded bag into obstructed areas like an attic, otherwise the bag can get kinda floppy and then get snagged on the attic ladder or trap door (that's what happened to me). Not a huge deal, I can add some straps myself but its nice if its sewn into the bag so they don't get separated.The other issue I noticed is that the nylon webbing handles sewn into the sides don't connect through the bottom of the bag. Not a huge deal, but that also provides a little more strength to the whole unit, IMO. The straps are also plain flat webbing. They are adequate but can be a little uncomfortable to use if trying to lift the entire tree bag up above your head.All in all, not a bad storage bag for a retail price of about $20.

My tree is a 7' tree, it did fit but barely, If you have a slim line it would fit no problem, mine is not and it was a tight fit, but it did fit. I have another tree bag for one of my other trees and this one seams to be made of better quality material. I am impressed with it. I will know more once it has set in storage for 10 months, but for now I love it and it is perfect for my tree. I did need help holding the bag together so I could zip it, as mine was a tight fit, but it did zip. My husband could not believe it.
