Wilton "EU" Meringue Powder 113g

I make royal icing from this powder. I am a happy customer

Loved the meringue powder. Great for crusted frosting

Impossible to find this in the UK so was pleased when it arrived and did exactly what it should. I made a lovely batch of icing without the wastage of egg yolks, but to be clear this is not the same as egg white powder.

Quick and easy way of making a pavlova or mini meringues with none of the mess

Have used similar product before but paid more so was pleased to see it on amazon, have several christmas cakes to ice and decorate and this is so much easier to use than seperating eggs and then having to try using up the egg yolks. I must admit that I don't make this up following the instructions on the tub as it is then a little watery but maybe that is okay for meringue. For royal icing I mix the powder with the sugar and add water gradually until the right consistency,this works for me.

This is the fist time I have used this product for making sugar icing and I was astounded at how easy it was to get good icing quickly by adding a small quantity of water to the sugar and product mix and whisking vigorously. I just followed the instructions provided and the icing was available to use within a minute or so.

Easy to us when you follow the YouTube video by Wilton - flavour isn’t always great when making royal icing anyway so I like to add a little something to make sure it tastes good.

Necesario para hacer la glasa para decorar las galletas. Ha venido en buen estado os lo recomiendo wilton muy bueno.

Used this product for the first time and found it to be fabulous.

جيد ولكن لم استخدمه كثيرا لذاك لا اعلم اذا كان يعوض عن البيض
