I use drinks like this often before bed that help calm me down where I can fall asleep easier, and some of them keep me more regular. I was about out of my regular one, so I gave this a try. I did read the ingredients before I ordered and I wasn't pleased about it having stevia as I prefer no sugars or alternatives whatsoever, but I was out and figured I will go for it. This is a decent amount, and you just mix it with water. I was actually surprised it started to fizz up when in contact with water as it's kind of loud. It even tastes like a lemon flavored seltzer to me (the well known antacid that fizzes up in water), and I actually like the taste. I had similar results as the other things I have been trying. I can't fault this for having stevia when I knew it had it going into it, but I would definitely order from this brand if they had this without any types of sugars. 5 stars for taste, thank you.

I've been taking a similar calm magnesium drink product daily for several years. This one is almost identical to the one I've been taking, the only difference is the calm product uses organic flavor plus natural flavor. The amount of magnesium is the same. The taste is similar but the Serenity Magnesium Drink fizzes a little bit more. It also has a stronger stevia taste. This Serenity Drink is $1.67 per ounce, a little less than the normal price of the other supplement.Overall, a good Magnesium drink with a nice fizz.

Like many people, I have learned that a pre-bedtime nightly does of magnesium works wonders at helping the body relax and for sleep to some early, while also being good for the heart & body. This is a ideal product that gives you a tasty nightcap (so to speak) while providing the perfect amount of magnesium supplement.You get 325 mg of magnesium in each 2 teaspoon serving. For me, this amount is just right - too much more and the bowels will get urges you do not want in your sleep, too much less and it won't be nearly as effective.The powder mixes easily in water, and you are left with a slightly fizzy raspberry lemonade. Actually nice tasting, although you may have to swirl the last bit in the glass to help the magnesium to keep from remaining in the bottom of your glass.Nice large container that will last for over 3 months. Nice!

When they described Serenity as a mix powder that gently eases the mind and muscles into a state of tranquility and relaxation, they were 110% correct. This formula works marvelously. The Lemon Raspberry Fizz is delicious and it mixes well. I have tried with cold water and also with hot tea. With the tea, I saw an effervescent type of effect. But after that, the flavor of my tea is very enjoyable and provides a happy deep sleep with happy dreams. I trust this product . It is clean with no added Sugar, Artificial Sweeteners, Flavors or Colors. I highly recommend it. You will feel and appreciate the change in your nights and in your life. You will be smiling and saying: "Hello, SERENITY!"

The actual powder looks and tastes like normal powdered sugar. It really fizzes up, though, and once it settles it looks and tastes like a very light sports drink. I would've liked a little more punch to it but it's easily drinkable anytime. I feel like it's doing its job of relaxation.Product came outer and inner sealed with an expiration date of 2 years ahead.

It takes SO much to get me tired enough to go to sleep at night, but this was a great tool to help me relax and doze off. Bonus points, it tastes sooo good too! This is not my first rodeo with magnesium powder for sleeping, but it was my first magnesium carbonate, so I started with the suggested 1/2 tsp beginners dose and it still helped! Eager to see what the full serving does!
