MyPlate Portion Control Plate, 8" x 10" - Kids Plate with 3 Divided Sections for Protein, Grains & Fruits + Veggies, Dishwasher & Microwave Safe Plates with Dividers, 1 Pack

I bought for hubby to control his food intake

I bought this plate when I started my GLP-1 journey to help make sure I was eating the right amount of foods and getting enough nourishment. Since GLP-1's curb your appetite, it was important for me to make sure I was getting the proper nutrition. This plate contto serve it's purpose since I have met my goal weight and I am no longer using a GLP-1. I am maintaining my goal weight and this plate is such a helpful resource for that. It is a great tool to help with weight loss and proper eating.

This plate is great! My daughter and I both got one and love it. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and the only thing my endocrinologist said was that the fruit should move up to the breads/grains. In other words I can eat fruit OR bread but not both in the same meal in order to control my blood sugar. My daughter loves the food pictures on it and the plates are very sturdy.

Good plate for small consumer or kids

Could not be happpier , Helped keep my weight down!

At 6 and 9 my kids are on the older side for these plates. A few years ago we stopped using the plastic plated with compartments and I was pretty happy to have us all using one set of dishwasher safe dishes. However, these caught my eye on FB and I'm glad they did. My kids are old enough to prepare their own snacks and some of their own meals and this really helps guide them into putting together a balanced snack. They're pretty good about eating a fruit or veggie at snack time but this is wonderful for helping them get variety and balance. I actually regret not buying one for myself. The material seems very durable and the design is colorful without being too cartoon-ey. These would also be great inspiration for any picky eater and would also make a great gift for a first birthday as kids are starting to eat more solids.

I like it I use it

I really like this plate. I bought a similar one for my son but he is a little young to use it so I tried it. I really liked it but for me this one is better because the other plate had a smaller section for protien and a separate section for fruit. I am on a 5 small meals a day plan. Having a toddler I really got tired of measuring my food all the time. This plate is great if you fill the protien and grain side completely they are about 1/2 a cup each. Roughly 4 oz of protien if it's cut up. I like one big section for veggie and fruit because fruit is not a part of every one of my meals. Yes the portions are small but like I said I am having 5 small meals a day and the size is perfect for that! Quality is good and I like that it is dishwasher and microwave safe.
