Shred X Fat Burner - ABE All Black Everything Fat Burner, Thermo Weight Management (300g - 30 Servings) (Strawberry Kiwi)

Ive used this for about 14 months now and lost 40kg in that time. Of course with exercise and a healthy diet also but I swear by this pre workout as it had me sweating buckets when I was at my heaviest. My PT has even started recommending it to his clients based on my results and they all were impressed by it. I won’t recommend anything unless I’ve used it for a decent amount of time myself. The only thing I will say is it needs to be shaken as it does clump a bit ontop of water. Any protein shaker or bottle will do as it doesn’t need a shaker ball or to be shaken for long either. The taste is pleasant and I don’t get too itchy. I find it best personally to use 30 mins before a workout which seems to be the sweet spot for me when strength training or doing cardio. I also use it when kickboxing. I’ve had no issues getting to sleep at night if I’ve trained in the evening providing I’ve put the work in when training. I drink coffee when doing weekly night shifts but up to now I still get a good hit from the caffeine in this pre workout regardless of me being used to caffeine so it may be a bit strong for someone who doesn’t usually have any caffeine at all. Maybe in that case use half a scoop to start with to test what you’re comfortable with.

This product is different from their all black pre workout which I've used for years and is excellent for the price. Came across there thermogenesis pre workout and thought I would give it a try!! Taste is OK! Didn't get the same buzz as with the other pre workouts, but I found that I could lift heavier for longer to the point my legs were shaking!! Now for the Thermo bit well it works never have I sweated so much during and up to 2 hours after my training! I felt like i was burning uo from the inside and had to have 2 showers just to help cool down. I can only assume its what the change will feel like in a couple if years time! Overall a good product and does as it says! Will definitely buy again

My product arrived on time . I choose kiwi lime flavour delicious taste . Tried applied nutrition shred X the following day . Xplosive nrg through my work out and also helped me through my shift . Would recommend this flavour to anyone . Will update later how I get on 😆💪28.05.23... update ~~~ after using this product when finished my work out and relaxing .. body sweats . Not sure if this is the burn or what !!!

This drink is hard to mix and sometimes ends up curdling .It did suppress my appetite slightly for a few days .It tastes of fruit but after a while can taste tangy .

If you're the sort of person who takes a day off sick because you've got a bit of man flu, walk away now.Kicks in later than my previous preworkout drinks and once you've broken the seal on the sweating, your only option is fight or flight mode.... you just gotta fight it off and feed it with your training. Even breaks between sets, it's fighting you, telling you to go more, go heavy, go harder. - and by fighting you, I mean, probably most of the symptoms you'll see in the negative reviews. You've got to beat it out of your system and not let the negatives take over.Flavour - it's OK, certainly neither good or bad.Mixing - no issues even with creatine added.Energy - definitely pushed a harder session out of me.Weight Loss - too early for me to tell.Appetite suppressant - hasn't affected me.Overall, will stick it out til the end of the tub at the very least. Will be adjusting my timing to get the peak kick dialled in, and not towards the end. But would recommend, with caution. Personally, I wouldn't take this if I was more into cardio and high intensity workouts, My Heart Rate would be ridiculous and the sweating would be intolerable.

I don’t get that buzz when using this, much prefer the normal pre workout range. Don’t feel like it benefits my work out at all, no focus, no boost, I was very disappointed, especially for the price. The taste was nice, but that’s all!

Ok, so I love a caffeine hit be it a pre-workout, energy drink or a fat burner like this.I usually have the ripper , but this was available quicker and cheaper when I needed to reorder, so gave it a try . Flavour is good - strawberry kiwi,But I’ll be honest , this is the most potent stuff I’ve ever had , I’ve naturally built up a tolerance to caffeine and stims so it takes a lot for me to feel side effects ,I’ve had to take less than one scoop as otherwise I’m sat there sweating constantly with this, constantly wiping my forehead/ brow . It can’t be the caffeine as it’s only 200mg per scoop, so whatever else is in there is doing a good job.So I don’t think this will suit a lot of people, would suggest try half a scoop to start .I’ve give it 5 stars because it absolutely blows my head off. Serious stuff .Reminds of a pre workout I used to take called Hemo Rage, ended up being banned / altered etc .

Was hoping for an epic buzz with this fat burner but it’s not as potent as described. Even a double scoop doesn’t give me the same affect as what Oxyshred does. So spend the extra money and stick to oxyshred. No returns for this product which is very frustrating as I’d prefer my money back so I can buy something that’s actually going to do what it’s meant to do.
