A good waterproof case that extends the static depth of the camera from 12 metres to 60 metres.
This FitStill waterproof camera case is for the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 and is rated as waterproof to a depth of 60 metres of water. The material that the camera looks through is glass and the other windows are moulded flat enough for seeing quite well through them - you only need to be able to see a couple of millimetres into the case. The case is a tight fit for the camera and the only way that you will get it into the case is to take off the windshield microphone cover and replace it with the smaller cover that is supplied with the camera. With the smaller cover in place, it just slides in and the back folds up and is held in place with the black lock - when it is pushed all of the way down, the latch locks, making it difficult to force open. Inside, there are pads that stop the camera from moving around. The case has two buttons that you can press - these coincide with the two buttons on the camera itself - and these are sealed against water intrusion. One of the problems with this is that a lot of functionality when you interact physically with the camera is done via the touch screen and this case isolates that from you. If you are using this underwater, you need to make sure that all you need to do are things that can be done by pressing only the two buttons - apart from switching it on and off, you can change between modes and take pictures or start and stop video. Whilst the radio signal is not blocked off by water, ie above the water or close to the surface, you can get the camera to do anything you want using the app on your smartphone such as change modes, use in-camera processing to reduce the effect of red-light blocking that the water naturally does, and so on.On the outside of the case are two cold shoes so you can mount lights on it or whatever you want and at the bottom is the usual action camera mount. This case includes with it, a clip so that you can slot it into the fairly standard slot that you will find on many action camera items such as helmet mounts, bike mounts and so on.This is a good little accessory that extends the static depth of your action camera from 12 metres to 60 metres.

Robust dive case for the Ace Pro 2
This FitStill 60m dive Case for the Insta 360 Ace Pro and Ace pro 2 is a perfect fit for my Ace Pro 2. In the box you get the case, a clip mount and some dehumidifier strips. The case opens and has an O-ring all around the opening. To slip the camera into the case you need to slide the microphone wind cover off first. With that done the fit was spot on. The case has a robust latch with a sliding switch you need to push before you can open the cage. When the camera is the in the cage there are two metal buttons that action the power and record button on the camera. The buttons have a good positive action; you can tell when they are clicked even without looking at the screen. As with every other touch screen I have tried you can’t use the touch screen under water in the cage; so, you need to choose the right settings before you use it.The lens on the case is good and clear. There are two cold shoes on the cage you could use to attach a dive light to.I haven’t been diving with it yet to test the 60m, I wouldn’t normally get close to 30m so I should be fine. It’s coming to the great barrier reef with me in May. If you don’t want to go diving the case makes the whole thing more rugged and adds a layer of protection to the camera.

Does not fit the Ace Pro 2
I bought this waterproof case for my Insta 360 Ace Pro 2, but unfortunately, it doesn’t fit properly. Despite being listed as compatible, the case is too small and doesn’t securely hold the camera. It’s frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to using it for underwater shots. Definitely not suitable for the Ace Pro 2.

Fits the insta360 acepro 2... Works well for shallow river shots
It does fit the insta360 acepro 2. I've shown it in my photo. You need to remove the microphone windshield at the bottom first and replace it with the waterproof one and remove the rubber surround around the camera then the case fits perfectly. It appears to be waterproof but it doesn't allow for changing of settings of course as they are touch screen, it's only power on and off and record or take a shot. You need to choose the setting you want before putting the case on.It doesn't come with instructions but there are guides on the listing showing how to fit it.It's a good quality case and I like it. I don't do deep water dives just shallow river shots so I can't test it's effectiveness to any depths but for shallow waters it's doing ok so far. It does come with anti fog inserts which I haven't had a need to use yet so I don't know if they are sufficient or not.On the whole it's perfectly suitable for what it's designed for and it fits it's descriptionPersonally I would like to see

Protects the camera but not very useful
This protects the camera from the water, but we cannot change the camera settings. I needed to open the case to change from video to photo, or any other adjustments needed. Also, I find the shoot button edge from the protective case very sharp.

Fits the Ace Pro 2
The media could not be loaded. Fits the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 easily - it's possible to do it one handed. Although when fitting, you should use the included anti fog inserts. Once the camera is in the case you can access the 2 buttons, which also enables you to switch between the 3 shooting modes. However, you should set your settings before hand (eg the underwater mode, resolution, etc). I have not been able to test this down to 60m.Some reviewers have mentioned that this does not fit - so either they have received something different, or they have not removed the wind guard for the microphone (which can be seen in the attached video).

Excellent
I’ve never had the original OEM version of this, but this is fantastic. Haven’t had the opportunity to test it deep water, but tested it in my bath and it works great.Very secure fit and comes with the screw tool and base you need to secure it, with 10 anti fogging films to keep inside (I believe they absorb humidity created from the heat the camera generates).Easy to use the Insta with this in place - looking forward to using it in the field when I go diving in Thailand in the autumn.
