Literally The Best Phone Case I've Ever Owned
I have been buying iPhones since the very first one came out and so have had many cases over the years. So, when I recently bought my iPhone 16 Pro, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. But I first purchased a different case than this (the brand of which shall remain nameless). But that case, despite stating it was specifically made to fit my iPhone 16 Pro, simply did not fit. I wrestled with that thing for hours but couldn't get it to close so I had to return it. Additionally, the brand I had previously found to be good, and reliable, now had started to have dozens of quite negative reviews saying the manufacturer had changed quality over the years and was no longer making quality cases. The main reason I bought this particular model of iPhone was specifically because of the upgraded camera and lenses. So, this time ,one of my main concerns with the case was how to protect those lenses in case of a fall. I didn't like the way many of the cases for the iPhone 16 Pro left the three lenses exposed, or made you have to shoot through a bubble screen. Therefore, I was most interested in the style of case that had a sliding piece to protect the lenses when not in use. I had (wrongly, as it turns out) assumed that the sliding style of lens cover would be sturdier, more protective, and less prone to breaking, than the swinging door style that the Supcase has. But in many of the pictures of that sliding style of cover, as well as mentioned in some reviews, that type of cover failed to completely slide out of the view of all three of the lenses when opened. Additionally, the first phone case that I bought for this, (the one that I had to return), had the sliding lens cover and it was cheap, flimsy, and I could tell would become a problem.I had considered buying the Supcase at that time as well but was put off by the swinging hinge style of lens cover that I expected to be cheap, made of plastic, and feared would eventually break off as had happened with earlier similar styles of cases that I had bought for my iPad.But, after I returned the other case, I figured I'd give the Supcase a try and I was very VERY pleasantly surprised by just how sturdy and well-built it is. This thing is built like a tank! The body of the case is some sort of very strong andrigid, almost metal-like material. And the swinging door that protects the lenses that I had feared would be cheap, is quite the opposite: It's extremely strong and actually is made of metal, not plastic. The hinges of the door are very sturdy as well, and when you close the cover it snaps firmly into place with a very satisfying and solid snap indicative of a very precisely machined part you wouldn't expect to find on a phone case. Those lenses are very well protected by it. Opening the lens cover whenever you want to take a picture or use the flashlight function takes a little getting used to but you do get used to it very easily and the security you feel of how well protected your phone is, is well worth it,It's got a decent amount of extremely strong bezel elevated above the screen surface also, so if it fell flat on its face there would likely be no damage and it's also got thick, reinforced bumpers on all 4 corners. I have dropped the phone actually, twice, once on a stone floor, with zero damage. All of the buttons are easily accessible and, again, the tolerances are so tight and well machined to match every feature of your iPhone that it's reminiscent of what you might find in a high-end piece of tech and, again, the small latch at the bottom that opens to allow access for the charging cable, much like the lens cover, opens and closes with a well-defined, very definite and very satisfying snap. It's also great looking and, the swinging door lens cover doubles as a kick-stand to support the phone horizontally if desired. My only complaint -- and this is no fault of the phone case -- is that I wear fairly tight jeans and have to carry my phone in my back pocket. So when I sit in the car, for example, because the phone's shape is modular, with such hard, crisp, sharp angles, (despite the extended bumpers sort of rounding off the edges a bit), it wears a hole in my jeans back pocket. So I'm going to have to get some sort of insert or patch to reinforce my pocket or figure out another place to carry my phone. But that's a small price to pay for such great protection for such a valuable phone. This phone case has exceeded all my expectations; it's high quality, strong, reasonably priced, and the pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend this case.

worth it
really good case, love that it protects my camera and keeps it closed along with my charger port. lightweight and the volume/power buttons feel nice and smooth to press. the magsafe strength is really good. i’d recommend this case to those who’s looking for nice, fit, and protective.

This case feels premium but rugged at the same time
Oversized corners, usb port cover, and a camera cover?!? This thing has some serious protection! The hinge for the camera cover has good resistance so it won’t move when open, it snaps closed as well so it won’t randomly open on you. There’s raised lips to keep the metal on the cover from contacting the ground in a drop so no worry about it hitting the ground and transferring that energy to the camera array.Magsafe magnets are nice, and strong enough to lift up my wireless charger. I really like the button colors matching to the case color. If I had one thing I wanted to add to this case it would be a capacitive button like the Apple cases have, but that may be coming soon since it looks like some other cases by Supcase have this button 🤞🏽

Good Value Case with Couple Caveats
This case does provide decent protection for the IPhone. It looks really good, which matters to most people. It also doesn’t add a lot of bulk to the phone, enabling it to be carried in a back pocket. The finish around the perimeter isn’t slick so it does grip clothing a bit.It lost 5 stars for two reasons:1. It has a weak spot in protecting the phone. On the lower right edge where it provides access to the IPhone 16 camera button, the case has a thin rubber strip about an inch long that helps frame the button. The result is there’s little protection for the screen at that point. If you look at the photos, you can see the glass broke at that weak point. I’ve dropped it twice and both times that’s where it cracked.2. The camera cover is hard to open. There are others who warned about this. While I like having the camera lens covered, you can break a nail getting it open. Ladies be warned. That said I wouldn’t like it if it didn’t have the cover. For the price, it’s a good case. They need to address that weak point.I'd still recommend and buy again.

Better than expected
The case is more rigid than I expected it to be. The material isn’t flimsy or cheap. It’s definitely a well-built case and worth every penny. The case snaps on for easy installation. It’s bulkier than I thought it would be, but the bulk is mostly in the corners which isn’t a problem. The camera cover is metal with a soft material on the inside so the metal isn’t touching the camera lens. It snaps into place when you close it, so you know it’s not going to randomly open. The camera cover is also rigid when you open it, so it doesn’t just flap open. It holds the weight of the phone with ease and opens 180 degrees if you need it too.The magnet was the one thing I always worry about with any case. The magnet on this thing is fantastic. Don’t have to worry about anything falling off.The port cover locks in and is made with the same material as the rest of the bezel. It won’t open by itself and it’s also stiff. No worries about anything getting in there.Great case! Highly recommend it.

Excellent camera lens protection
My first impressions are that it is an excellent case. It seems very sturdy. I was worried about the camera lenses sticking out so much before I got this case. Now I have the piece of mind to know they are protected. The lens cover also doubles as a kick stand. The case is manly and functional.

Great case!!
I love this case. It fits my phone great and it’s sturdy. I’ll be waiting for more colors like a deep purple. :). The camera cover is an asset/kickstand for me. Real solid case.
