We have some older hardwood floors that our toddler scratches up regularly. This pen does a great job of filling and sealing any scratches. Couple seconds and dry time and you’d never know they were there

This product works well tho seala scratch but does little to hide it. It is easy to use and does fill in the scratch somewhat but does little to hide the scratch, it is really more like a clear ink marker and is not easy to used on a thin line scratch. It does work a little better on a larger area scratch.

On any wood surface with a sheen to it, this little "tool" is a must! Covers little scratches and nicks with ease. This little gem will not fill in gouges or any deep scratches or nicks, but covers nicely little scratches, etc. Glossy when dry, so not to be used on matte finished surfaces. Thanks Varathane!

I bought this to repair some scratches in my vinyl plank flooring, and it works reasonably well for that. I didn't expect a $7 pen to completely remove scratches, but I was able to make them look better with a few coats and some careful blending. My flooring has a satin finish, and I wouldn't recommend this product for anything less shiny than that.The reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because of the pen's width. Given that it's made to fix small scratches, I'm baffled as to why it uses an applicator pad that's bigger than a dime. Fortunately, you can drag a toothpick across the pad and use that to apply the polyurethane if you need a finer tip.

Hard to get just right. If i had more patience I woulda nailed it :)
