That being said, their customer service was incredible. At one point I had accidentally placed my charger to my other current body device (neck and chest) in the return Package, I reached out asking them when they receive it if they could return it to me. I thought for sure this would be a nearly impossible and tedious request, but Inwas completely wrong. They addressed it immediately and made sure to keep me with updates regarding the item that was accidentally sent. I had it back within days. Thank you Current Body!!!! I am sickened that after just owning this item for a mere six weeks and spending over 400.00 for this item, it literally just stopped working. After trying to figure out how to remedy this issue (since I purchased on here), I have read about LOTS of other people who had the same problem.
