These raw cashews are an excellent purchase! We use raw cashews for snacking as is, for making trail mix, for making granola, and for making cashew cream.Strengths:1 Very good flavor. Not quite as sweet as other brands of raw cashews.2 Fresh tasting.3 Large cashews with a good crunch. (For cashews, that is. Some other brands of raw cashews can be a little gummy.)4 Excellent price point! Cashews can be expensive and these are an excellent buy!5 I made some into cashew cream (as a replacement for dairy cream in a soup). It turned out quite well.Drawbacks:1 While it did not affect the flavor of the cashews, when I open the bag, the inside of the bag has an odd odor. The cashews themselves don't smell--just the bag.Overall:If you regularly use large quantities of raw cashews, this is an excellent purchase.

Do not like. The size of these whole nuts are very small compare to others. Some of them are broker or cracked only half shell left and the seller is not allow to return.

I see another reviewer complaining that these aren't crunchy. If that makes you think they are mush, don't worry. They are every bit as crunchy as uncooked cashews should be. They aren't as crunchy as roasted cashews, obviously, but they are every bit as crunchy as they should be.Old cashews have a bitterness to them. These do not have that bitterness. That means they are fresh. My bag goes bad in just under a year. I have another bag of cashews from another company sitting right next to it, and it goes bad two years after I received it. I think that other bag might be a little fresher, but these are still fresh. They just aren't at the absolute peak of freshness. All I'm saying there is that you'll want to eat them because they might start tasting stale after a few months.They are almost all whole. There are barely any pieces in there. So, if you are planning on covering them in chocolate or just making something where you specifically need whole cashews, you won't go wrong here.

This 64 oz re-sealable pouch feels like a generous amount, which is great if you use cashews frequently for snacking. However, I have to be honest about the taste and texture. The taste is great, but I found them to be slightly stale in terms of crunchiness... even though they're not past their expiration date. It says the bag expires in 10 months from when I received it. It's disappointing because part of the joy of cashews is their creamy texture and satisfying crunch when snacking, which was somewhat lacking here. They are also not salted which is true to the listing description, but slightly sweet flavor which I like. Maybe they would be best in cooking instead of snacking?

Good raw cashews! It's one of my favorite treats, and not the worst snack food! These Jaybee's raw cashews are really tasty, fresh, with medium to large nuts. Not the most expensive brands out there, but there are a lot less expensive options (the price of raw cashews seem to be all over the place). I really enjoyed these, and will probably buy more!

These cashews are raw and unseasoned, making them good as a topping or for making cashew milk. This is a nice big bag of cashews and lasts a while. They're not the tastiest to eat on their own though as they are unseasoned.
