Versatile and perfect length
I love this roller! I love that I can take the middle out. I mostly use either the outside or the inside. The outside is great for planks where you need to grip it on the ends. The inside is nice for stretches where you need something more gentle. The outer part is pretty hard. I am not a fan of the large nubs on it. I think small nubs would give a better massage without hurting. But that's why it's nice it comes apart. I like the bag, too, so I can hang it up. I like the length. My workout video uses a 13" roller, but I felt like it was hard to do planks with that short of a roller. This length is perfect for me.

Firm but not Hard
There are two features that I really like about this Krightlink Foam Roller. First is that it is 18" wide. I've had other rollers but they were narrower which never made it quite comfortable. Second is that the foam is firm, but not hard. You still feel the nub features, but it is foam so it has some compression to it. I've used it indoors on carpeted floor so it has not shown any wear and as held up well so far. It comes with a carrying bag but I don't really think that is useful unless you are traveling to the gym with it. Otherwise it has been great and what I was looking for.

Good portable roller for travel or convenient carry
The Krightlink roller is a good product. I found it effective at it's intended purpose of large muscle trigger point message, with a design that allows you to adjust for pressure. It measured 17.5" long by 5.5" in diameter from high point to high point on the massager 'fingers'. It has a removable foam core that helps modulates the amount of give on the outer high-density massager. For full effect, leaving the core installed. For comparison, I have the PT standard 6" extra firm high-density polypropylene roller. The Krightlink is close in firmness with the center core installed but does have slightly more give. These really serve different purposes. General massage, deep tissue massage, and spinal manipulation. For large muscle belly massage or spinal manipulation, the 6" roller works better for me. The length allows you to use your arms to control pressure and keep the roller in place and smooth surface is more comfortable on vertebrae. But at 36" long and larger in diameter, it's a pain to haul around with you on the road. On the road, the Krightlink is a great compromise for those with chronic backpain that need to have a roller to pop discs back into place or work out kinks. It takes a bit more maneuvering to get it located and on the preferred part of the 'fingers', but I was able to get the pop I was looking for. The Krightlink is great at applying deep focused pressure to get tendons or generally going deep. It was great for getting into the tricep tendons after a workout. Something the larger roller doesn't necessarily provide with its smoother surface. Adding the Krightlink gives me the best of both worlds. The inner foam support is also usable as a low-pressure roller. Its labeled high density, and maybe it is for the type of foam it's made from, but it compresses fairly easily. It seems like it has limited therapeutic value unless someone is very sensitive or is working on an injury. Of course, that's subjective, but the fact these work together to allow you to adjust is good. I don't know how this will hold up over time. Have no reason to believe it won't as long as the center foam does not break down. I want to say this is 5-star worthy, but the price point in my opinion is a bit high. Based on that I don't see the value so grudgingly drop a point. I think it's current coupon price closer to 30 is right about on the money.

Working out the kinks
I have another trigger point massager but really wanted the inner high density foam roller. The outer trigger point roller has lots of nubs to work out the muscle kinks. I wish it was a little softer. The other one I have is a bit softer. Maybe it's something I have to get used to. Like tenderizing my skin over time. I do love the foam roller. I've been having low back and hip issues and this feels so good to roll on. It comes with a carrying case that has a strap, which is a nice bonus. There are exercises and explanations shown on the outside of the box, but I wish there was a little pamphlet that I could keep in the case with the rollers.

Great Foam Rollers
This foam roller by Krightlink has a unique design where there are two roller in one which can be used for difference purposes. The roller has a nice soft covering that is gentle on sore muscles, especially when you hit the pressure points. The size makes it portable enough to toss in my car so it is always handle for my pre WOD warmup at the gym.
