Lot of things in this book I do not care for and doubt I would ever make. But it gave me an idea on how long to cook different things.

I was looking for recipes for cuts of turkey and chicken. There were no recipes included that I found useful.

Not able to use the majority of the recipes as they are too fussy. Very disappointed
