First impressions were that these bands were a little on the small size. This is because for years we have been using the much longer but open ended bands. In reality though we've been tying these into loops so they're not much different from these mini-bands. These mini bands are much more comfortable to use since they don't having the annoying knot we've been used to.They come in 5 different tensions. Of course it depends on your strength and the exercises you want to do but we found that the two highest tensions were the ones we used; the others being too light.A small bag and an set of guidelines are included in the set.In all a good set of fitness bands that we'll use a lot.
