Not smooth, disappointed
Not at all good, really disappointed. Its not not smooth until you apply more and more pressure, it looks like some hard foam inside. Feeling headache after using 10 min. Unfortunately my head is not heavy enough to feel the suspension of the pillow. I am not able to return the product as it took time for me to test it as i am out of the home. Complete waste of money, it didnt served the purpose

This pillow is of very small size, the size seen in amazon.in is wrong. actual dimantion / size of this pillow is 18*11*9.

Good quality pillow for reducing snoring
I purchased this pillow to reduce the effects of a lower soft palate and uvula which meant my airway collapsed during sleep causing sleep apnea and bad snoring. This pillow is made of a really nice memory foam mix which doesn’t get hot, and is supportive without being too hard. The cover is good quality, there is a slight smell to it but that’s normal with fresh foam. It doesn’t have a horrible strong odour like some. I really like that it has a big and a small side so you can choose the amount that your head is tilted back. It’s comfy for both back and side sleeping, however I bought it for back sleeping. Results: I usually snore an average of 2hrs over a 5 hour sleeping period, with 18-25 breathing events per hour. With this pillow alone: I average 45 minutes of snoring and 10-14 breathing events. Snoring is noticeably quieter. With this pillow and a wedge pillow to incline My torso: average 10-15 minutes of snoring and 4-10 breathing events. Over the last week my average nightly oxygen saturation during sleep has increased from low 23% to high 24% and appears to be climbing. If you suffer from snoring from soft palate or uvula issues I highly recommend this pillow with a wedge. Price was great and it arrived very quickly.
