A Lovely, Moving Film
The Gift of Peace is one of the best of the newer Hallmark holiday films to be made available by Amazon. Although the setting is near Christmas, the film is really about spiritual healing. Five different stories about good and kind people who have suffered great losses in their personal lives are woven together. Christmas is mostly a background for the storytelling. Each story is unique yet they blend togetherseamlessly. I particularly liked the diversity of the main characters, Anglo, Black, Asian. The music is notable and even the packaging of the DVD is extra special. This is fast becoming one of my favorite Hallmark films. The cast includes Brennan Elliott, who has become an outstanding Hallmark featured actor. The entire cast is outstanding. This is a movie to be watched repeatedly at any time of the year. The Gift of Peace is truly a present for those who are fortunate enough to own it. Bravo.

A lovely movie that will resonant with anyone!
This was so well done. A message of hope that wasn't maudlin or sad with diverse characters all having been through different losses - family relationships, spouses, parents and grandparents. Highly recommend for anyone as we all can relate and know there is a way through the loss.
