It doesn’t rattle or feel cheap. It has thick silicone handles that help protect your hands from heat. I’ve had European and American made cookware that doesn’t have silicone handle covers this thick. It has holes for draining pasta. It has nubs on the side that make it easier to handle and lift the lid. With many mess tins there are complaints about removing the lid easily and the need to grind burrs down from the lip. Not on this mess tin. It’s nice and smooth out of the box and the price is decent.
