Works well but after bending several times , it's difficult to get perfectly straight

Always good stuff. Would use more often if not so pricey.

While the different scales on it are nice, it's impossible to completely flatten it to draw a straight line. It's too stiff.

I usually enjoy working with Woodland Scenics products, but this Flexi Edge was a huge disappointment. I purchased this item after watching the videos on the Woodland Scenics website. It showed this as a very straight product that is used to guide your marks when using their road striping pens. When I got this product, it was as you see in the photo: wound up into a tight circle. When I opened the pack and attempted to straighten the edge out, I found that it was nearly impossible because of all the kinks placed in it from being wound up. I wrote to woodland scenic about it and they told me to lay the device on the other side to mark the edges. This gave a straighter edge, however, the special edge that prevents the pen from running under the device is not available and I am stuck with nasty looking lines. I wound up taking a standard metal ruler with cork under it and after noting the length of the dotted lines and spacing, using that for my road lines. Unless you are working in O scale and don't need super straight lines, this product is not worth the trouble. My advice to Woodland Scenics: Offer this device in a straight form so we can bend it as we see fit.

This isn't really an easy to use tool. It stays bent in certain areas after unfolding it.

If you want straight lines, you should probably look for another way of doing them. I found it impossible to unfold this and get it straight. Not too bad at curves, but if you want to use it for ditch lines, you will get lines that are not parallel to the road edge.

Outil parfait pour faire des courbes sur un diorama, je recommande de le coupler à de la Patafix pour qu'il reste en place lors d'une utilisation. Peut également être utilisé sur une pente en le tournant à 90 degrés.Par contre il est effectivement difficile de totalement le redresser mais pour une ligne droite, autant utiliser une règle et rajouter une graduation avec des petits bout de scotch.
