The Screwtape Letters Study Guide

The item is looseleaf copied pages of discussion, questions, and scripture references and a folder. There is a generous copyright on it, allowing "a teacher" to copy it for use in the home or classroom (multiple teachers must buy separate copies). So it's kind of expensive for single use but very reasonable if you copy it for a whole class.Also, it is targeted for high school students, so it has things like vocabulary that adult classes will probably want to skip.

I purchased this to help guide a group of adult women through the book, "The Screwtape Letters". It was well organized and helped us reference scripture all through our 8 week study. There was plenty of material to pick and choose from. The question pages were easy to reproduce for our group and made the weekly reading much more applicable to our lives.

I'm using this Study Guide with my Small Group Bible Study, and it is working well for us.However, the Guide is written to be used in more of an academic setting and the vocabulary exercises and questions reflect that to some degree.That said, though, the questions are thought-provoking and generate good discussion within the group.This Guide is definitely worth the cost.

The Screwtape Letters is being studied as a book study in my parish. It is very thought provoking and well written. It was also one of my Dad's favorite books for that very reason.

Well written by a master craftsman. An outline of how the forces of darkness come against Christians. Written in a highly amusing vein it is nonetheless deeply convicting.

This is an excellent study guide for adults as well as bright young people.
