These brushes work really well. I use them for detangling. They are good quality and easy to clean. I was hesitant to get them because I thought maybe they won’t work as well, but this product easily calmed my worries. Great product for a good price!

When I opened the brushes, I noticed a strong chemical smell from the little one, but not the big one. However, the big one had a few bent bristles. I decided to use the big one, and I honestly loved how it defined my curls! It was pretty great while using, except the fact that it was gliding kinda slowly through my hair compared to my other brushes (I have very thick 4c hair). The bristles were very hard, but they wasn't causing any damage or pain, which is good. After I was done, I was going to clean it just like the directions show. I WAS, but couldn't without hurting my fingers because the red piece was very hard to slide out. Once I used my strength to push it out, the nails of my thumb bled a little. It was just a little blood so I wiped it off and continued trying to clean this brush cuz after I started bleeding, I knew I needed to return this for a refund. After cleaning the teeth, I started putting them back in but I realized that the bent bristles were putting up a fight and not going in easily. It so tedious and by that point I was mad with the quality of this brush.I don't know if I was weak or if I received a bad brush, but I can't have a brush that is hard to clean and has bent bristles. I hate hard it is to clean, because I really loved how it worked in my hair.

I love these brushes. They help reduce frizz and smooth my ringlets as I style them. I even use the handle to form curls and then blow dry for great results. Definitely worth the buy!

Initially considering the original branf (Denan) but the proce and the hge number of reviews and hist oberal execente revies made me dicice to try this one - also way budget friendly compared with Denan.I havent tried the Denan and will just to make a fair comarison and eventually update myu evaucation of this one (if its the case).I ave senditive scalp (dessides all teratments alrady trued and others in use), and the stiffness and rougneess of the brossels points make scartchs on my csalp, literally. I am returning and will puchese the denan and another brand to be able to make a potencal maore fairrevies of this brush by comparing with other brands. May be the case that the bruch its suposed to beas it is, jut no apropriated to my scalp.I also didnt see any styling benfits so will purchase the 9 brithles vesions to see if iy will make a diference.

I tried to use the brush on my oldest son's hair even thought I was worried about the bristles being too hard & scratching his scalp. No need for that. I got nowhere near his scalp because the bristles kept getting stuck & pulled out his hair. Luckily I still have my messed up Denman brush to detangle his hair. My son has 5-6 inches of "coily" hair but in the front the curls are looser, which is the part I tried this brush on. Too bad it didn't work. It came with the full & travel size. I will be returning it.

Very strong bristles! Love how it comes with a big one and a travel sized one! 💯 really helps when brushing out your hair in the shower too, gets deep in my scalp! Great for thick and curly hair!!

If you're like me, you shed A LOT. I personally don't like seeing hair in my brushes and this one is a dream to clean. You can slide the pink part off and lay it flat to just grab the hair off. Nice that it comes in 2 sizes.

Brushes are well made and work great. Great for my curly hair and imable to define curls in different ways. Also has a good size travel brush that is easy to pack.
